Tim needed to come home on high levels of oxygen and spend his last days home the transport team was amazing and highly sensitive to his needs. We had issues with equipment nor being on time so they stay and kept him comfortable until things were set up although it was bad for there company to adjust other transports. They were professional and I would highly recommend them. 5 stars are not enough for this team.

People were ok but private ambulance is a horrible job. Bottom of the barrel of ems. You won’t use a single skill while doing these jobs. Taking Joe Schmo from point A to point B. You’ll literally pick up people who have no need for a stretcher, they walk. May pick up a 5-600 lb patient with zero help, or not told about steps or obstacles you’ll face. I had a nice schedule and it was a paycheck, nothing more. People hire and quit as quickly as you’ll ever witness. Again, the owner is a cool guy and the people can be great but the job is horrible overall. The laughing stock of the ems world.

The worst ambulance service workers I have ever seen in my life. My husband needed to be transported from the hospital to home. He was in a very delicate state, bone cancer metastasis, these were his final days. These two guys were so rough with him when taking him out of the ambulance on the rolling cot. They were in a hurry and roll the cot over the bumpy grass and when in the house almost threw him on the bed. My husband was howling at them in pain and they just laughed. No compassion at all . The company should be more careful in choosing his workers😡

I used Ohio Medical Transport on 12-23-21 to transport my father to a facility.
Transport was on time. Chris & Darren did our transport and were very professional and made my father comfortable.
Highly recommend the company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We're told my Mother was being transported at 3:00 today, 4.5 hours later and we're still waiting for them to show up. Called the company twice and all we got was excuses. The nurses say this happens all the time. Totally unacceptable.

Consistently late, dispatches never helpful, never call back when they say they will, they'll have you picked up and then not show up after appts and saying oh they're full and the list goes on and on and on. If you can find another transportation I would. This also includes Cincinnati location as well as the Dayton one.
