I was really pleased with the care that Cely and Dr De La Paz has given me. I was very nervous about coming to the dentist as it was quite a while. But the made everything very easy and made me feel very comfortable. 100% recommend if you are looking for a great place to start. They explained all the procedures and even though I was extremely nervous they made me feel very at ease.

Waiting room is clean and comfortable, very little wait time, the dental assistant was gentle and took X-rays in a timely manner very little discomfort while having my gums checked. Doctor was very informative and easy to talk to. All employees were kind and very non judgemental they helped me get approval for financing with 0% interest. Overall was a pleasant experience

The entire Olean team is outstanding. Second to none. Wait times are next to nothing and they all take extra care to insure the patient is not uncomfortable. Most importantly their work is fabulous. I could not recommend them more. From the ladies in reception to the hygenists to Crystal and Dr. Lopez, this practice is top of the line.

The people there were always able to take care of my situation. The temporary crowns worked well, although they tended to pop out occasionally. They got me in to fix tbe problem.and even got my final crown a week early. The permanent crowns fit well and I was able to chew like normal. The work was expensive, but worth it. Especially if you have good insurance. Well worth the investment.

Cely and Dr. Lopez are the best! Such a great experience!!! So fast, and care was taken from the front desk to the beautiful cleaning. I came back to replace a crown and fill a cavity, I was so impressed how painless the procedure was. I have not seen a dentist for over 10 years because of the pain I experienced. This was an amazing experience. If you don’t like your dentist you need to come here. You are cared for from the time you walk in the door until you leave. They greeted me by name when I walked in the door!

I normally hate going to the dentist but I had a pleasant experience at Olean. Everyone was lovely and really made you felt at ease without lecturing you on what you already know. Would recommend!
