Fast and friendly service! Always welcoming and warm. Goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has had a negative dental experience, this place is the opposite and will change your negative feelings about going to the dentist. Grateful for the kindness showed to me while visiting this office. 10/10! Nancy will even hold your hand if you're uneasy with a procedure lol! The whole team is great at what they do!

OnCall Dental has an amazing staff and Dentist. From making my first time appointment with Nancy (who has exceptional people skills) to getting major dental work done and cleanings, every point of contact with every staff member is extremely professional, courteous, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have an office in Fresno and have dental urgent care services and hours. Although the Hanford office is currently open only on Tuesdays, a patient may travel to their Fresno office any day of the week if necessary, which is very reassuring in the event something arises. I am a Hanford patient and I had the need to be seen and couldn’t wait until the Hanford office was open, I went to Fresno, great friendly staff there too. I had no problem getting my issue resolved. I am looking forward to dental implants in the future and look forward to meeting their implant specialist, Dr Mirelez, of whom I have heard and seen great things through a local infomercial and the staff here. In short, this dental group is fully equipped to meet a patient’s full dental needs. I am so happy to have been led to this office and I am definitely smiling and feeling more confident than I was before. Thank you Dr. VanHoff for rescuing my smile just in time for my daughter’s wedding day, and giving me the confidence I needed for this big day. Thank you for serving Hanford.

First off I have to start by saying this dental office and staff are nothing short of amazing!!! I had been in sever pain on a Sunday evening...my wife had to take me to the ER(which was a waste of time). So Monday mornin my wife searched out a dental office that could get me in right away and she came across OnCall Dental. From the small things like paperwork to my fear of the dentist(because of past experiences) the staff made us feel so welcome. They made me feel so relaxed and Dr. Kondo showed she has to clearly be one of the best in her field. How skilled & experienced her and her staff are definitely showed throughout my whole procedure. Definitely will be making OnCall dental mine & my families go to for all of out dental needs. Thank you to all of you at the hanford location

This was my first visit here in Hanford. I have dental phobia and anxiety. Everyone here was so sweet, sympathetic & understanding. Dr. VanHoff was wonderful and explained everything in detail. I didn’t get any work done yet so will keep you posted.
