I'm not a good dental patient. I went to South S Family dental for the first time yesterday. I was nervous because I have sensitive teeth, and even a cleaning is hard to take. This was the easiest dental experience I've had in years. Great people! Thank you Mandy and Sean

I am not the biggest fan of the dentist due to past experiences as a child, but this office is so friendly and gentle. They are a lively bunch, very welcoming and engaging. They get to know you as a patient. I have been back multiple times and will continue returning to keep my teeth clean and healthy! 🙂

First point of this review is that the Sahota family dentist’s are incredibly kind, compassionate and have proven to be excellent dentists. I totally trust them and their clinicians with my dental care. Mandy has been my hygienist forever! She rocks!

When I opened the door to the dentist office this morning I thought I was at the wrong office. Gone is the cozy comfortable furniture replaced by clinical modern chairs and bare walls where the art was once hung. It felt cold and very impersonal. Understand things change when a business is turned over to new owners, which by the way are not the Sahota’s. Having said that, the previous practice, Dr. Ron Freeman, understood that when going to the dentist a lot of people have a level of anxiety. When you opened the door it was like being welcomed into their home, which helped them feel at ease. Overall, Livermore has a kicked back family vibe which most business’s reflect. Obviously, there are some new businesses coming in that just don’t get it. So when I opened the door today the physical environment is so out of place and foreign it shocked me. Some might think this is silly but then there are those of us that it does make a difference too. However, I am sticking with my dentist’s and the clinicians no matter where they are.

I highly highly recommend South S Family Dental!! Everyone in the office is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable about dental information, procedures, billing.. everything. The office staff and dr’s are attentive to what you say and I never felt rushed or hurried. Recently I’ve had not so pleasant experiences with other dentists.. so when I was recommended to South S Dental it was a “breath of fresh air” to say the least!
Such a nice change.. and so very happy I did!!
