The staff was very helpful and clear about the procedures and cost. The Dr. was gentle and kept constant communication during the procedures and answered any and all questions I had. My root canal was painless during and after the surgery. I came back for the crown a couple weeks later and the temporary crown stayed intact. The permanent crown matches my teeth perfectly. Highly recommend this office.

No words for Dr Patel. He is an excellent dentist and I travel 2 hrs just for my dental work. Totally worth my commute. He always gives honest advice. Love the front office staff. Very friends and easy to schedule appts.

The staff was awesome and very friendly. They made me feel welcomed from the time I walked in. Dr. Patel was kind and walked me through everything. His assistant Cassie is a wonderful person inside and out. I'm glad I chose this office.

If I could give 100+ stars I WOULD. Came in to do a lot of work but my sitter cancelled last minute- so had to take my infant. When I TELL you the amount of kindness each person in that office had was unreal- I am not exaggerating. While the dentist was working with me, staff was showing so much love and support to my infant. And once he got cranky, they even offered to help me with him. I stood a total of 2 hours , and my infant ended up falling asleep in the hands of the lovely staff. The dentist was also gentle handed and I left with no more pain! Please don’t waste time going anywhere else, this dentist even accommodated my allergy to lidocaine and used another numbing agent. Thank you to the staff and dentist. Can’t say enough about todays experience awesome people, and office.

To end the year on a good note, I went to get my teeth clean and the experience at Ontario Dental was amazing, thanks to all the staff the receptionists Ana and Marie dental hygienist Melanie also the new dental hygienist which I forgot her name and she was the one who helped me and Dr. Patel. Thank u all for always being a wonderful team that truly cares about their patients.

The entire staff at this place is nice and caring. I was having anxiety right before my procedure so I had to be rescheduled. When i went back, the doctor and his assistant were very patient and attentive, making sure I was good during the procedure. This is my new dental place FOR SURE!

I went to Ontario Dental last min. I was a new patient but that didn’t matter, the dr seen me the same day. Which made me thrilled since I was experiencing moderate pain. After some xrays and a quick examination the dr explained to me it was an old crown that was cracked and i needed to remove it. So he prescribed me some antibiotics and some ibuprofen and told me to come back to remove the tooth. Over the weekend i was having more pain and called the dr office during off hours and left a message. The dr called me right away and prescribed me different antibiotics which help with the infection. Came in the next business day and he removed the tooth in a flash with hardly any pain. The dr showed me he really cares about his patients by returning my call and getting me the right care. With having a caring dr and a friendly staff who seem to love their patient i give this place 5 stars and would recommend anyone.

I highly recommend this dentist. Thanks to the very welcoming environment it has made me feel so comfortable every time I’ve gone. Dr. Patel has helped me get the process for my braces started by getting work done and even a tooth extraction was painless thanks to him. I recently had a cleaning by Melanie and she is very friendly which makes me glad I chose this office the front staff is also very helpful when booking appointments and answering any questions you may have.
