I love how efficient the office is. Check-in, Check-out, making and changing appointments, were all so easy. Entire staff is super friendly. It’s a well oiled machine! I have to also note that the waiting room smelled very nice. It was a floral fragrance, not overpowering at all.

I am an Invisalign adult patient. I found doctor Lee in search of ‘the best’ as I care extremely about oral health and specifically about good orthodontic treatment because it’s beyond the looks. I am a long term patient; my case is not crazy but definitely had some unusual things that I didn’t even know. All those are discovered by doctor Lee including the issues that was caused when I was 8. I have seen another orthodontist back in Spain and these were not mentioned at all. On top of this, doctor Lee cared to show and explain all of those to me personally showing the evidence. İ definitely get more than I expected and %100 what I looked and pay for which is proper and through care. Really appreciate it. Not only doctor Lee but all team as it feels like they are not randomly selected from the reception to the assistants and even the payment department. All amazing! Needless to say, I %100 recommend.

Honestly I would go to a different place. They have very limited hours and everytime we go in the employees are new. High turnover rate is not a great sign. Scheduling an appointment isn't easy and there isn't space in the waiting room to sit often. For the huge financial and commitment I would expect a little better. Hate to say anything negative. I'm just not happy here. I also have a long history of experience in the dental field and not liking the way we are treated. But they may go hand in hand with the employees changing often. Its best to pay employees well and treat them well so they are happy and stay. It shows

I highly recommend OPDSF! I’ve been here for several months, every time I walked into the door, I was impressed with the kindness and the helpfulness of the nurse and front desk staff, especially assistant Rita who helped me every time and always make sure everything is done well. Front desk Mayo and Melissa were very helpful and nice.
Doctor Lee was also fantastic. Not only did he do a great job with my treatment, but he also has a great sense of humor! It’s not often that you find a healthcare professional who can make you laugh and put you at ease, but he definitely has that special talent.
If you are looking for a good orthodontist, look no further.

Using a different account for privacy reasons but I got an orthodontic consultation for Invisalign and felt extremely uncomfortable with Dr. Lee. He likes to make a lot of off handed jokes and comments that are unprofessional about women and also about money, I just had to bite my tongue.

The Invisalign consultation was supposed to be free (I was referred to OPDSF through the Invisalign website) but he pushed for a lot of unnecessary scans and a charged me for a “secondary consultation” that he said was absolutely necessary to evaluate me so that he could charge a total of $900 out of pocket just to spend 15 mins during the secondary consultation to tell me I wasn’t a good candidate for Invisalign. Honestly this feels like a huge money grab and I’m extremely disappointed given all the good reviews. I think Dr. Lee is quite experienced but he operates this practice in an extremely shady way. I would stay away, especially if you’re looking for Invisalign.
