Dr. Soysal and his team are amazing! I have dental anxiety, and was a bit apprehensive of going to the mall dentistry office. Thankfully, I made the appointment and showed up! The doctor was very gentle with the cleaning, did a thorough exam and even showed/explained my X-rays and treatment needed in great detail. When I felt anxious, he was able to notice and take a pause so I could take a breath. The dental assistant, Wendy, was very welcoming and sweet. She worked along side the dentist flawlessly and made sure to check in on me throughout the process. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope this informs those interested in booking an appointment.

I've been visiting Dr. Soysal for the last 3 years and I'm absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care I've received! 🌟 After waiting years to find a dentist I could truly trust with my smile, I finally got referral from a very picky friend for Dr. Soysal. I had 2 missing teeth and was honestly terrified about implants—I'd heard horror stories about pain, lengthy procedures, and difficult recoveries. When I shared my fears with Dr. Soysal, he patiently walked me through the entire process with such confidence and expertise that my anxiety melted away. The procedure was remarkably smooth and straightforward! I was amazed by how painless and efficient the whole experience was. The results are absolutely stunning—my new teeth look completely natural, and I only needed a few quick follow-up visits. No pain, no complications, just a perfect smile I'm proud to show off everywhere I go!

I shouldn't forget to mention that he uses a computer-based mouth scanning device when preparing crowns. This technology is incredibly accurate—even more precise than matching my natural teeth. I'm particularly impressed with how perfectly both of my implants connect with the adjacent teeth.

I would give 0 star I possible. Went to replace my braces, it used to work with Invisalign. After replacement, I’m not able to wear my Invisalign anymore and they said you don’t need Invisalign, it’s overkill. Very unprofessional. Also it was my first visit, I asked whether they accept my dppo, they said yes but it’s a scam. After three months of talking with insurance, I have to pay the full bill.

Don’t come, not professional, and they steal from you.

Picture it: It's Saturday afternoon. I've been in extreme pain for 3 days. My regular dentist stopped taking my insurance so I call multiple places trying to be seen by ANYONE. I have to admit that I was skeptical of a "mall dentist" but I was pleasantly proved wrong for this judgement. They answered the phone right away and told me to come on down and they could do an extraction that day if needed (depending on the state of the tooth). I was there within 20 min. The front desk staff was very friendly, especially Wendy! She took xrays and it was determined I would indeed need one of my wisdom teeth taken out.

They said it would be out in 30 min and would use local numbing agents. I was shocked when they said "it's out". I said "Seriously?!" There was 0 pain besides the pressure of him pulling it out. Even now as the numbing has worn off I am not in much pain. Tomorrow may be different. I don't think I could ever imagine such a pleasant experience getting a tooth ripped out of my skull...but here we are, 5 stars! Couldn't be happier with the "mall dentist". Probably my best dental experience ever! Thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience with Dr Alpagot and Optima Dental. I was in excruciating pain (if there is an 11 on a pain scale of 10, that was the level of pain) on late Sunday afternoon and I called Optima Dental. They immediately got me in and Dr Alpagot correctly diagnosed the problem and the correct tooth though I was pointing to a different tooth and wanted it extracted. Dr Alpagot then proceeded to do Pulpal Debridement which is a quick fix precursor to a root canal and said it would eliminate my pain. And that's exactly what happened and I was completely pain free! Dr Alpagot is an expert and highly skilled dentist and would highly recommend. Very grateful for his emergency action and getting me pain free.

I love this office! The front office girls are very nice and efficient. I used to be a dental assistant that tempt at lots of different offices and never came across an office with such nice and inviting front office people! The dentists are very skilled, caring, and thorough. Also, their dental assistant always makes sure you are comfortable. I was leary about a dental office located in the mall, I am so glad I walked in that was the best decision that I ever made for my dental needs.🤗
