I highly recommend this service! I have been there twice and both times have been virtually pain free! The nurses are so pleasant to work with along with both oral surgeons.
I have recovered the basics by the next day.

I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth pulled. My husband had his pulled last spring by Dr. Holm and it went so well, I decided to do it too. I decided to have all four done, and opted for IV sedation. I have a lot of fear and anxiety about needles/reactions to medicines. Dr. Holm and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, answer my questions, and provide all the tools and information for a speedy recovery. I am a week out from surgery now, and everything has been amazing, far exceeding my expectations. I am forever grateful to have this place in the LC valley, and for this very positive experience. Dr. Holm and his crew were absolutely fantastic! I had a tooth embedded in the roof of my mouth and they were able to expose and bond a chain to it so that the orthodontist could bring it down. They were so gentle and kind!

Super nice, polite, knowledgeable Oral Surgeon with a staff to match! I felt comfortable, safe, taken care of, in the hands of a professional, caring Doctor and staff. I was very impressed with Dr. Stephen W. Holm's oral surgeon skill. I have had many previous tooth extractions and this was by far the best and smoothest. Dr Holm and his staff provided professional and personable care during both of my visits. My contacts with Crystal at the front desk were always pleasant experiences, either on the phone or in person. She is very good at explaining procedures, scheduling, and billing, as well as making me feel less stressed.

My first appt. was a consult for implants. Dr. H worked with my dentist and had a CT scan taken, before discussing my options, and the procedures. An estimate of the cost of each, was provided.

After conferring with my dentist, I returned for an extraction and implant prep. Kathy and Kim were very cheerful and made me feel very comfortable. They made sure I understood what the procedure involved. They cared about me. Getting a blanket was a bonus, since I was a bit chilly.

Dr Holm was very reassuring, since I was somewhat nervous. The extraction went smoothly and I did not experience pain or discomfort during the procedure. Dr Holm determined that I would need a bone graft and a blood graft before the implants. He explained the steps to come. He placed the grafts and closed.

X-rays were taken before I left. Kathy explained the general timeline of what I could expect over the next days. I was given a very detailed set of instructions for the same. It included Dr Holm's phone number. That made me feel comfortable knowing I could reach out to him. I did receive a one day and a one week follow up call from Oral and Facial Surgery, to see how I was feeling and to ask any questions. What a great experience. I look forward to my next visit.

December 2023
I returned for my implants. The bone graft allowed for the first implant to be placed. The second implant encountered the problem of my porous jawbone. Dr Holm determined a bone graft and a special suturing technique were necessary. He and Kathy made me as comfortable as possible. Again I was given thorough instructions and some supplies for care of my mouth. There was some pain and swelling, as was expected, which I treated with ice packs, salt water rinses and hot packs. I appreciated the follow-up phone calls. I was pleasantly surprised with a bouquet of flowers from Dr. Holm's and my dentist's offices. What a thoughtful gesture.

January 2024
At my follow-up appointment, Maya, at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. I only waited about 5 minutes when Kadi took me back. She was very kind and confirmed the purpose of my visit. Dr Holm was there within a few minutes. Such a big smile and positive energy. He said my mouth looked great, and removed the sutures. Then he went over the next steps and timeline in my implant journey. Kadi walked me back to reception and confirned that my next appointment in June. Again, another great experience.

June, July and August 2024.
I returned for 2nd implant and 2 checks on my 1st implant. All went well. Dr Holm and staff walked me through what would happen so I felt well informed. X-rays were taken. Everyone treated me with great care. The environment is always very clean and ready. Warm blankets are provided for the asking. The implant was a little different this time. It was a bicon implant to accommodate my shallow bone depth. All went smoothly but I was a little surprised at the hammering aspect of insertion. I was given pain medication and easy to follow post surgery plan which led me to experience minimal discomfort. Great work Dr Holm and company. (My dentist placed my new tooth in August.)

October 2024
I returned to Oral and Facial Surgery to check and reveal my 2nd implant. I am very comfortable at this office. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and accomodating. Tammy informed me of the procedure and answered my questions. X-rays were taken while I was numbing up. Dr. Holm was his usual genial self. He opened my gum and placed the collar in the implant and then sutured my gum to surround. I was given aftercare instructions and a number to call if I experienced problems. Tylenol and warm salt water eased the pain and most swelling was gone by the 3rd day. Looking forward to the next implant check.
