Terrible, Terrible, Terrible place. I wish i could give 0 star if it's doable. my high school daughter did the wisdom tooth removing surgery from them in early January. They said that there will be a post op follow up visit to make sure the surgery is done and healed right. Since my daughter is in high school and we live 35 miles away from them, it was pretty difficult to schedule time for the follow up since the office is only open in the morning. Thus, I scheduled for weekend for the follow up. They have cancelled it 2 times, saying dr had emergency and dr had health issue. It's past Feb and still no follow up. They have 3 doctors there and it is just absolutely non-sense that they cannot honor the appointment. I know it is not a serious life threatening matter, but their attitude on how little they value on their words, promise with the patients massively and furiously disappointing. Do not go there, you don't deserve that.

I was having severe pain due to my wisdom teeth and had to get it extracted. But Dr. Sagong is AMAZING! I took an x-ray and he knew immediately how the procedure was going to go! He reassured me about the concerns I had and adjusted to my needs, and carefully went through the recovery process with me.
I decided to just get it out of the way and take all four of my wisdom teeth with him, he took his time with my procedure and was very careful. My wisdom teeth’s were quite difficult since they were still growing but Dr. Sagong was incredible! I’m healing nicely and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs to get their wisdom teeth removed!

7th October, I had two horizontal impacted wisdom teeth behind my molars all the way at the back removed with general anesthesia. Dr. Ha, who assisted me, was really kind and helpful with all the information I needed to know before the procedure and after. The procedure itself went flawlessly and quickly. Seriously, I'd recommend him if you have teeth issues/questions. Thank you Dr. Ha!

I had about the best experience you could have removing your wisdom teeth with Dr. Sagong and his staff. Dr. Sagong was incredible and everyone was so kind. I was really nervous to have my wisom teeth removed but felt very at ease with Dr. Sagong. My procedure was tricky because my teeth were close to nerves and had significant bone loss, but everything turned out perfectly. Thank you so much! 🙂

Dr. Sagong, Leah, and the OMSI team are amazing! I found their office through my insurance provider and the whole practice is very kind, knowledgable, and skilled! Very modern technology. Dr. Sagong listened to all my concerns and medical history and was a gentle and professional provider. They were also able to give me my medical records right away. They were very easy to reach post-procedure and I was able to get in immediately for a followup. Highly recommend the office! They also gave me a card at the end of my visit.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Ha and I am so lucky to have gotten in quickly with my impacted wisdom tooth. I moved to LA about 2.5 years ago so it was a blessing finding an oral surgery office that is accommodating and friendly. I had my consultation the same day as the surgery and it went very smoothly. They went over everything I could expect during and after surgery for recovery. I went under anesthesia and felt no side effects after! It was the perfect amount to feel coherent enough to leave the office with my friend who picked me up. I am on day 2 of recovery and feel relaxed so far. Leah is an amazing staff member and was extremely helpful in comforting my family across the country about the surgery. She also calls frequently to check on you and the team truly cares about your well being in every step of the way!

I cannot comment on the quality of care from the oral surgeons but I will not be making any appointments with this office. Just received a call from a front office person and they were so rude and cutting me off when I asked questions. That was enough for me to make my decision not to even make an appointment. Some of the best care that I have received from medical professionals are from offices that have a wonderful, polite & efficient front office staff. It makes the common scary dental experience much more comfortable. Again, based on the combative conversation of the call I just received from this front office person early this morning; I'm going to stick with my gut and pass.
Something I've taught my children and I totally believe in especially this procedure being a considerable expense...."you spend your money where your money is welcome."
