It’s ALWAYS a 30-45 min wait to be see no matter if it’s a morning or afternoon appointment (my last visit which was 1 hour after opening time, I waited 45 mins in the lobby and was seen for a total of 4 mins). They’re fully booked out longer than when your next appointment should be so you have to extend your next appointment delaying your completion time. Clearly something isn’t working if you’re fully staffed and all patient rooms are being used and you're almost an hour behind schedule all the time..maybe add more orthodontist days than just Wednesdays.

I was so happy that they got me in the same day and the staff was very friendly; however, they charged me the price for a new permanent retainer instead of just the price to re-bond a part of it. Which is outrageously different in cost and expensive. Unfortunately I didn't realize at the time and I was in need of a fix that day.

I got my braces back in March and recently just got them off. I’m an so excited and happy with my results. Everyone was so friendly and kind any time I came in. I was always greeted and someone always helped me with any questions I had. 10/10. Get your braces done here!!

A very kind & welcoming environment every time! Got my wisdom teeth out here and I appreciate that they talked me through the whole thing, from a payment plan to even during the procedure explaining to me everything I would feel. As someone who always dreads coming to the dentist, I'm very grateful for them every time.
