When I discovered my newborn had tongue/lip ties, Ottley was recommended to me. I won’t lie, I was nervous and unsure initially but the team here was so sweet & kind and took such great care of my little guy! He’s made such great improvements with feeding. Long time happy customer. The Ottley team is the best and they deserve to be praised and you deserve to know this about them. I am an old, deaf, cranky pilot that has been with Ottley for several years. Today's appointment was outstanding as they all are. Very professional people that truly care about their customers. Always on-time, no surprises, reasonable pricing and fantastic results. In fact I am positive from several experiences that the cost charged to me was well under what could have been charged. There is a concern not to break your bank while they perform whatever needs to be done. I can personally vouch for Dr. Jonathan, Beth the hygienist, and Sharon the clinical assistant. This team is motivated, caring, and does the best work for the best price. Give them a try and you won't regret it. Tell them an old, deaf, cranky pilot sent you.

My sister highly recommends Dr. Jared and my husband and I had our consults with Dr. Jio who we will highly recommend as well. The office is conveniently located and staff are very friendly. Fiona was wonderful during the consult and imaging process and my cleaning with Hannah was awesome (the least messy and most gentle cleaning I've ever had!) I especially liked that during my consult Dr. Jio reviewed everything with me, answered my questions and noted recommendations without being pushy. I received a treatment plan with associated costs and I can schedule (or not) without pressure. So far very impressed and will return.

This is one of the WORST dentist I have seen. I was informed at the start of the appointment, that I could have white dentures, but they have a yellow tint. The Novocaine wore off and the dentist refused to give me more which resulted in five teeth pulled with nothing to help. To top it off my dentures DON'T fit.

In responds,My dentures never fit and had a yellow tint from the start. When I was told to pick the color, I only had a choice of three,NOT one was white. I was told it is my fault, my dentures don't fit.

Dr. Jonathan is the BEST! Him and his staff are all very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and caring. They talk you through every step that they are doing. I recommend this A Team to everybody who is looking for an incredible experience.
