My visit at this office was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and the Dr was very nice and thorough. My mother, was also seen the same day. The Dr was very attentive, very nice. My mom liked him so much. Thank you staff and Dr for making us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

I have never had a negative experience with a dentist until now. As someone new to the town, I came here to have my child’s teeth checked, knowing he had positive experiences in Fresno. However, this dentist seemed uncomfortable working with my four-year-old, which made me uneasy about proceeding. Although he mentioned he treats children as young as three, he expressed doubts about whether my child would cooperate, citing concerns from other parents.

Instead of addressing the situation with compassion and understanding, he focused on his 41 years of experience and expertise, without showing empathy for our concerns. The only 5-star rating I can give is to his friendly, professional front desk staff and assistants, who helped us with X-rays and cleaning today. I credit them for having to work under such difficult circumstances with a dentist like the one I experienced today. If I could give zero stars to him, I would. I feel for anyone who has no other choice but to visit this office and face such a negative experience. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of care and professionalism
