Everything & everyone were super good & nice! Sally cleaned my teeth & gave me good advice for better care of my teeth & gums. She’s very personable & pleasant. Dr West came in at the end to review my chart with Sally. He’s my son, & I’m pretty partial to & proud of him! I highly recommend Ozark Lakes Family Dentistry and not just because of my son. I believe you’ll find the entire staff to be very competent & empathetic to your dental needs.

Entire staff treated me great. All friendly. Dr West is a Christian dentist and we were very happy to find their office. My husband and I are very happy with our new dentist and his office.
Everything the same on this visit. Christa was so pleasent and my visit was over before I realized. And Dr West explained my options for a few extra things that needed to be done. The next day a chipped 2 teeth! They were able to get me in right away to repair the teeth.

Very disappointed. I set up an appointment for a broken tooth at Ozark family dentistry in berryville Arkansas, then my job calls me into work.I have never been seen by this dentist. So I call today to try and reschedule an appointment and they tell me I can't go back to the office. They said because I missed two appointments. I couldn't help if my boss picks me up because they need me. It's something my job requires. I think I'm being discriminated against. Because I'm not from this town. So I made this complaint. To expose this doctor's office and will be followed up a discrimination case lawsuit. I am suffering in pain.

I’m new to the area, and wanted to give Ozark Lakes Family Dentistry a huge thank you and wonderful review. I had an ongoing toothache that suddenly became so unbearable, I could not sleep. They squeezed me in the next morning, extracting a wisdom tooth and the pain was instantly gone. I’ve returned for a full exam and cleaning, and can say this is honestly the friendliest dentist office I’ve ever been to! Dr. West and his wonderful staff (especially Chris, who keeps me laughing) make going to an appointment most folks dread as pleasant as possible. From reception to the hygienists, assistants and Dr. West himself, I highly recommend this wonderful practice.

After breaking a tooth late on a Thursday, April at the front desk on Friday was able to get me an appointment the next Wednesday, the next time I was not working. They greeted me like an old friend and I was seated quickly. Their technology was very up to date and the round of xrays and pictures took no time, and Bobbie was extremely patient in explaining everything. I needed a crown and they explained I could get the process started immediately, as I was losing my insurance in 2 weeks. Dr. West was so gentle and the two worked quickly and efficiently to repair my tooth. Going to the dentist isn't fun for me, but they actually made the experience enjoyable. And the office is clean and tastefully decorated.

After nearly 80 years of multiple moves and as many new dentists, I can sincerely say I've never before come across the high level of skill, warmth, compassion and friendliness of the entire staff at Ozark Lakes Family Dentistry. I can not say enough good things about this office. It is by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. They were very understanding of my anxiety about dental work and prices were very reasonable. Specifically Angel at the front desk was so kind and informative. Bobby/Bobbie was amazingly understanding and patient with me and Dr. West was gentle and very kind. I would recommend anyone go here and I know me and my family won't go anywhere else.

Like most, who likes to go to the dentist? Not me!!! Once I find one, I stick to them like glue. I moved to the area two years ago and still kept making the 5 hour haul back to see my old dentist. Until I had an emergency. I had to see a dentist locally.....YIKES. After looking at reviews I chose Dr. West. No regrets, I explained my bad experience with a previous dentist who was young like he, but he patiently and respectfully listened to me. He has been kind, does quality work, I have never had to wait. The staff is very friendly and caring. I would recommend Dr. West and his staff with no hesitation!
