I needed to find a clinic to make two crowns and one implant for me. Since it’s the first implant I was very afraid of such type of surgery.
Doctor Marius is very professional and caring, he did everything at highest possible level accommodating to all my questions and requests. Clinic also accommodated to the fact I live in London and travel to Vilnius for the treatment, so all timelines were very well packed minimizing number of my trips and duration of stay for which I’m very grateful.

Before choosing Ozo clinic I was researching each and every clinic in Vilnius based on Google maps ratings. Created a short-list of three with the best ratings and after contacting all of them it was clear that Ozo is simply the best clinic in Vilnius. In my case key factors were: (1) availability of a surgeon throughout a week, not just 1-2 days (2) responsiveness and professional communication (3) great number of reviews and solid doctor professional experience.

Between treatments I have also did one filling and hygiene. Hygiene was the best I have experienced at all in my life.

I reached out to Marius, the Head of this clinic, during a tough time in my treatments with other doctors. Our collaboration went beyond the original plan, and despite the costs at each step (as mentioned in the comments below), what mattered most was finding someone who could truly help, regardless of the financial aspect. The support and kindness of the staff, especially during times of pain, meant the world. Their professionalism goes without saying. The main priority for the owner of this clinic is to take all of your money, but not to solve your problem. His communication was unpleasant and not professional. Came to have a dental implant and they suggested that I take off my braces and they would give me new more expensive ones. Spent lots of money for random procedures I didn't need and in the end just went to another clinic to get proper treatment.

This place is actually very good! the service was top notch and the dentist professionalism is just flawless. As a foreigner living in Lithuania I had a tough time finding the right dentist clinic, however, this clinic is the best one I chose. The staffs speaks English and they are indeed super duper friendly 😀 !

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to explain every step of the process. They were flexible to accommodate my tough schedule and adjust the appointments accortingly. The doctors and stuff were professional yet warm and made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. On top of that, they provided me with aftercare instructions that were clear and easy to understand. I was especially delighted by Dr. Indre and receptionist Valentina for their friendliness and care, and by Dr. Marius for his professionalism. Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience - thank you so much for your excellent service!
