11-3-24 I went in for a routine cleaning with Nicole. I let her know that I had developed Burning Mouth Syndrome so that she could exercise the proper care durning the cleaning. She provided her usual excellent service and I was comfortable the entire time. Always a pleasure doing business with the friendly and professional staff at Pacific St Dental.

Great dental practice! The office is well organized, well equipped, and staff are all attentive and comforting.

Dr. Ngo is personable, thorough with his examination, and fully explains his assessment. I also appreciate that he lays out each issue, points out which issue may be more cosmetic vs. urgent, and gives his recommendations.

Coming in as a new patient, Dr. Ngo and his staff conducted their initial assessment, laid out a plan short term with longer term goals, and made sure to address potential deviations.

I look forward to working with Pacific Street Dental toward better oral health.
