The staff were awesome, the office was super clean and organized. They have video games, tablet games, toddler toys and a cute bubble tank. Staff and the dentist were accommodating with my child and her dental anxiety.

I can't say enough positive things about Palm Valley pediatric dentistry in Scottsdale! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that they prioritize creating an enjoyable experience for kids.

The doctor made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy for my child to understand, which really helped ease any fears or anxieties they may have had about visiting the dentist. The staff were engaging and patient, truly making it a fun visit for my little one. We loved how cozy and inviting the waiting room was. Brought my kids in for an appointment (after having one canceled morning of), they found cavities but were unable to schedule the additional follow up appointments at the time. And then they never called to do so. My husband and I have been calling them to schedule the follow up with limited availability and no call backs on their end… the facility was nice, the dentist was phenomenal and we’d like to see her again, but the overall office is unorganized. I’m thinking maybe too many locations and not enough staff to fill them?
