I really liked Amber she was so nice and courteous. This is the 1st time getting X-rays didn’t hurt. Front office lady was really nice very straight forward check in. Dr was really nice also straight forward and made me feel comfortable. I’m so happy I changed my dental office this place is awesome. Wait time was short and I love that. I’m definitely getting ready to transfer my whole family and we a family of 8.

Dr. Nayiri is such a kind and gentle doctor, she's treated me with so much respect. I have so much anxiety when it comes to the dentist and she's made me feel very well taken care of. Cici, the treatment coordinator, has helped us so much with the work I've needed done. She is so patient and generous! She's explained everything so well and helped us so much finding the right financial help. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work. It's been such a good experience each time I've gone and I'm lucky to have found them.

They need to schedule patients appropriately, and a buffer before each patient, don’t schedule patients right after another without knowing your availability. The wait time for showing up early to my ortho should not be 1-3 hours. If you know you cant take in all these patients schedule it right. have days or hours left open specifically for walk ins. Its always packed and crowded. It shouldn’t be a first come first serve service, who ever schedules on that time should be taken within that time. It’s ridiculous getting service for a 1pm appointment and getting in at 3 with the doctors unsure if they had even enough time to do my ortho. Nice people but just schedule appropriately.

This wasn’t cool. Had an appointment to pick up my liners. Made me wait an hr took me in to tell me the liners didn’t arrived .. why couldn’t they call me tell me days before “sorry we need to change your appointment to come back when the liners arrived” it was a whole month to come back and pick up the Invisalign liners. I understand they didn’t arrived on time .. but please a call will change everything

The wait is way too much and then they never even take care of you. They book you back to go another day for an appointment even though it’s an emergency and you’re in pain and also the guy who checked my teeth ended up hurting my tooth I will not be going back here. I’m currently checking to see if my insurance can move me somewhere else. Do not go to this dentist they are not professional at all. On another visit I went with my little one. They just did a visual exam they did not do x-rays and then they told me to come back another time for another visit. The second time they did do x-rays and told me they needed to refer her elsewhere, I was just annoyed. They could’ve done x-rays the first time and referred me to another place then they made me wait for the second one to tell me that. and i been waiting since September for my daughter to be referred to another dental place. and I’m still waiting!!But those three times I waited for like for four or five hours and they didn’t do nothing for those three times!! I heard it was a good dentist, but that’s not true. They should really take down those good reviews they have in their walls. They must be real old because there a crappy dental place. Save your time and a possible headache by not coming here I wish I would’ve never dealt with them I’m so disappointed. they got one star because that’s the only option but personally, I would’ve gave zero

I brought my son for Orthodontist in this clinic, waiting time was still ridiculous even when having appointments. The lack of communication they have in the office is insane. They never knew what was going on with appointments. Always saying the person or doctor didn’t leave any notes so they didn’t know what was going on.

May I say HIPPA violation I have pictures! Long wait time and no type of coordination. I give this office Half a star!!! Do your research before coming. My experience was bad
