Their office staff is completely incompetent. They cannot answer simple questions. They are rude. They all need to be trained. It's so bad I am transferring PCs. They will probably be worse now if I need anything seeing as my name is on the review but honestly how could it get worse. If your going to be stupid at least be nice. If your going to be rude at least be competent. Why the practice is paying these people is truly a wonder.

The time I have been coming here, and the DR I see takes the time to listen and come up with plans on care needed, they dont rush your time with them, and they actually listen to what you have to say and no judgement is felt when discusssing issues.
