Read full review. Bottom is my new experience. Terrible experience last time. Patel did not listen at all. Rushed me. Seemed to blow off all my concerns. Even the person who drove me there said he was not polite. No bedside manner. Wish me luck today.

Separate experience today.

If I could give him a less than one star review for today’s appointment I would. My staff and I left fuming in anger after. He was so rude. Completely unprofessional. Got mad a my newer group home manager for asking a simple question and asking him if he was printing a paper for history of my past migraine testing. He was like I Just Said That… very condescendingly. He told me and my staff that there’s no miracle drug for migraines and nurtec is the best one and high end. It’s not helping much though.. so my staff was trying to suggest a medicine and he walked out of the room .. cut her off mid sentence to get paperwork. She asked why he walked out and he said he didn’t he went to get paperwork.. so I’m like so you did though. Then said he doesn’t know what her girlfriend takes …and it may help or may not help.. really rudely .. before she could give the name of the med. Then he asked what she suggests. Like we know everything or something. He’s the doctor.. he told us that it’s not his job to educate us on the meds and we need to go to the doctor he said could help headaches. I stormed out and I am Never going back.

Not polite at all. Yelled for calling the office, yelled for calling his phone number that is on the answering machine. Wouldn’t even let me speak to tell him what was going on.
