This review is a bit overdue since my aligning was completed in March 2021, but there really aren't enough great things to say about all the wonderful folks at Patino Orthodontics. Their work has completely changed my life. From start to finish, this was one of the smoothest experiences ever. On my first visit, every part of the process, from the actual moving of the teeth to finances, was explained clearly. Every time I went in for a check-up all the staff members were super friendly and knowledgeable. They always made me feel comfortable and welcome. They're also very responsive as there were a couple times I emailed on a weekend to ask questions and received a reply within a few hours. I really couldn't have made a better choice for my treatment. My only regret is that since my aligning is done I won't be seeing them as often anymore!

The treatment itself was a breeze, and I actually ended up finishing a little ahead of schedule. I'm on the retainer stage now, and I've had zero problems with this whole experience. I no longer feel self-conscious about my appearance or smiling for pictures. I usually have one or two moments each day where I think to myself, "Man, I'm so thankful for Patino, they rule!" Even if I tried I really couldn't count the number of compliments I've gotten on my smile in the past year. It's such a nice feeling. I'd recommend Patino to anybody thinking about getting Ortho work done. They are the gold standard in my book. Thank you, Patino Orthodontics!!!

Dr. Patino and Staff are top notch! Each visit has been great starting from the consultation which I can say I was very impressed with. At the consultation Dr. Patino goes the extra length to explain things to us that even our regular dentist didn't even tell us! I simply love my new clear braces! Dr Patino is absolutely the BEST orthodontist in the East Bay and most important she along with the staff always make feel really welcome. The office is like a spa. Its like a hidden gem in Concord. She spends time to explain the issue, process and make sure you are comfortable. If you want a nice and clean environment, you need to call Patino Orthodontics today. She is extremely friendly and informative. She explaned my treatment plan to me in detail and helped me work out an easy financing option. I recommend him to anyone I don't usually like going to the orthodontist but Dr. Patino changed my mind.

I was referred to Dr. Patino by my dental hygienist as I had an awful cross bite and plenty of other issues with my teeth. After visiting another local “chain” dental practice then visiting Dr. Patino, I was sold the minute I walked into her office. Her office is super clean and in great order which made a very nice first impression for me. And the staff were all smiles when I opened the door and they assisted me immediately. I was seen immediately by Dr. Patino which again was a very nice first impression. ( Not like the other place.) The price was reasonable and I pretty much made my decision once our initial consultation was completed. After 2 years and 6 months and now just finished my last scheduled retainer appointment, I would whole heartedly refer anyone I know, that needs braces, to go see Dr. Patino. Young or old! I love Dr. Patino and her staff as they made my 2 ½ years pain free and, believe it or not, enjoyable! My highest recommendations to Dr. Patino’s practice! Thank you Patino Orthodontics!
