Very disappointed with Fields dentistry. During a cleaning I was told I needed to have a crown replaced. I agreed and upon removal of my deteriorated crown I began to have pain. I thought when the new crown was in place the pain would go away. But it has not. I returned to the dentistry and was told I had to see an endodontist. Dr Fields would not fix my problem, and they did not assist in getting me into a local endodontist. After calling 4 different endodontists in Cabot/Little Rock area I was seen a week later but scheduled for 2 months later and put on a wait list. During this time I have been on pain killers and antibiotics. To say the least I would not recommend this office if it can be prevented.

Every time I look into the mirror, I am reminded of the mistake I made almost twenty years ago to have a tooth fixed by Dr. Fields. He didn't think there was any issue by using the tooth made to replace my own front tooth, even though it was much bigger than my original tooth, and bigger than the tooth next to it. I haven't felt comfortable smiling ever since.

Dr Fields and the entire staff made my visit a pleasurable experience. Very few actually like going in for a dental visit. Dr Fields puts you at ease immediately. The work done (crown replacement) was painless and reasonably priced. The office staff are extremely helpful with billing procedures and very friendly. I STRONGLY recommend Dr Fields for any dental work needed.

I love the dental hygienist Theresa I'm probably spelling that wrong but I finally got her name. She has been cleaning my teeth the past few years and has done a really good job! She is really friendly which is a plus makes the experience more relaxing for me. Patrick the dentist he's nice and friendly also! The staff are super helpful and friendly! I hope to get Theresa again on my next appointment I enjoy talking with her it calms me down during the cleaning. Would definitely recommend this dentist clinic!

Dr Fields is a wonderful Dentist. He is very caring and understanding. His office staff is awesome! You never have to wait long and everyone is very friendly. Wendy is my hygienist and she does a great job. I would highly recommend Dr Fields office to anyone needing a Dentist.

My experience with Dr. Fields was amazing! He worked with me to get me in as soon as possible for a dental emergency. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed by the kindness of his office staff. Dr. Fields came and spoke with me briefly and from just a few minutes, I could tell he was such a genuine person who really cares for his patients!! I definitely will be returning, and will gladly recommend him to any of my friends/family!!

All staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. I received the best care that I have ever experienced in a dental clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Most dental visits are not described as easy, but they really do go out of their way to make each visit as easy as possible. They definitely do deserve more than five stars.
