ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL - been going here since for 15+ years

Dr. Matsune has been a godsend. After moving an hour away, I continue to drive back into Tracy to have him see me for my dental work. He is honest and genuine, and that is a very hard thing to find in dentistry.

He's very kind and patient and it's always so helpful. An hour drive to come to their office is WELL WORTH IT. Thank you Dr. Matsune!

Some of the rudest receptionists I have come across.
A warning for those reading, these dentists are deliberately out of network so they can charge exorbitant amounts of money for their services. They will up charge you on every single service and if you try to call them on their B.S. prepare to be yelled at.
I would recommend a brick and pliers over these crooks for dental work.

Former patient, moved to write a review of this place because of the many awful dentists I've experienced since moving away. Finding a good dentist is incredibly hard. In the years that I went here (approx 2008-2018, I was always treated with professionalism, promptness, and care. No billing surprises, no upselling. If my current insurance covered them, I would drive the 2 hours to see them without hesitation.

I have been going here for many years, along with my children when they were under my coverage. We have always received excellent, caring treatment, no matter which hygienist or dentist we saw. My now deceased former husband finally decided to go here and he loved them, too. We normally see Dr. Matsune but have seen Dr. Teranishi when Dr. Matsune was unavailable and have been really pleased with him, also. They are always gentle and answer all of my concerns and questions. I highly recommend them!!

Most of the time I hate going to the dentist but, this office and the staff are so nice and kind that I look forward to going. More like a visiting friends. I am so happy I found them. We highly recommend Drs. Teranishi and Matsune. Tracy is very fortunate to have this excellent and technologically up-to-date dental practice. I never have enjoyed going to see a dentist, but when I started going to Paul Teranishi, DDS I changed m mind. During the visit and procedure he will check with me to make sure that I'm comfortable and not in pain. The atmosphere is calming and laid back. The staff is friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. It feels like you're with family.
