The front receptionist engaged in unacceptable behavior, including the use of profanity and vaping, which fell short of the standards expected from a respected dental office, it's likely that racism is an issue here, considering the client
base consists mainly of affluent white individuals, and I was mistakenly identified as Mexican, which isn't correct, the dentist was nice, but I think you should have professional attitude greet you at the door..

Absolutely do not recommend this dentist. Made an appointment, got a confirmation email. Filled out our paperwork twice. Showed up to the appointment 45 minutes from where we live to be told our appointment was canceled! We were told she called and we didn't answer so she canceled. There was not voicemail, no multiple calls, no email saying our appointment would be canceled or a warning that it would. The number they called from was not even their office number. The lady at the front desk was rude and told us there was not another appointment until November. very unprofessional.

So far so good, great staff members. 1st consultation ever in 15yrs ! And I have to say, Everyone was very welcoming to me and my fiancé. The nurses are so polite and help boost any low confidence 🤎 Dr. Burns was cool as a cucumber. Gave me a great dental plan to work with to help fix my teeth over time. 😀 😁😁🤎

Very friendly and caring staff. I highly recommend them to anyone. My level of dentist anxiety was more like a level 2 instead of 10! They made me feel very comfortable and was very flexible with my schedule. I will continue to use this office. Amazing people..

I have had the best experience at Dr. Burns office! All of their equipment is nice. The dental assistant Hillary is the best & Carrie is so sweet and educational. She talks to me the whole time I’m in her chair, gives tips, and tells me helpful things I have never been told before! 10/10 recommend this office.

Amazing experience with Dr Burns and his very professional staff. He takes the time with you so you understand each and every step of your personal process and procedures being done. Dr Burns and his staff were wonderful to work with. I had an abscessed tooth and no dentist. They worked me in immediately and referred me to an oral surgeon that extracted the tooth the next day. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
