Fantastic dentist office ! The receptionist greeted me by name my very first time here! Super friendly but efficient and I had little to no wait time. The dental hygienist was also friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She never made me feel bad for the time lapse between cleanings, and answered all of my questions patiently. She wasn’t pushy on products and took her time cleaning my teeth without me feeling rushed. Dr. Smith was kind and helpful as well, really took his time to check my teeth after cleaning. He was patient and made me feel as if he was genuinely there to give advice and his professional knowledge without me feeling like just another client. This was my first visit with Dr. Paul Smith’s office but it won’t be my last ! Worth the drive from Thomasville !

Dr. Smith and his entire team are wonderful. They are all very friendly and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Smith takes time to answer all of your questions and presents all your options when it comes to treatment. Phyllis does a fantastic job with my bi-annual cleanings; Kimee is an excellent dental assistant; and Shenny is an insurance and appointment guru. This entire practice makes oral care as pleasant of an experience as it can be!

I've never had a good experience with dentists until I went to Dr. Paul's office. Not only is Dr. Paul SO friendly but his whole staff makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I hate dentist visits but I never dread going here. Check ups are pain free and quick. They explain exactly what's going on and do such a good job cleaning my teeth. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here!

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for many years. I have never needed their office for other than routine services like cleaning and x-rays until recently.

A tooth with a cap from twenty years ago started acting up during a trip out of the country. By the time I got back home the facial area in front of the tooth was visibly swollen and the area surrounding the tooth was painful and inflamed. I called their office on Monday morning and they offered to work me in the same day.

Dr. Smith began by opening the affected area up and allowing the swelling to drain and subside providing immediate relief. He explained clearly and carefully what needed to be done after the initial assessment. He placed me on an antibiotic and steroid and within two days the tooth seemed close to normal.

On the follow-up visit (minus all the swelling) he performed a root canal that was relatively painless. The tooth returned totally to normal by later that day. He even reused the old cap saving me some money.

His office has always been friendly, considerate, and cooperative to my unusual schedule. But when I really needed a dentist they shined.

Dr. Smith is an extremely gentle dentist. He pays attention to detail and explains the dental procedure step by step to you. His staff is also friendly, timely and professional. An awesome dental visit!

Not even sure where to begin except to say Dr Smith and his staff are the very best! Finding a dentist is not easy, but a friend referred me to Dr Smith and it was like hitting a home run out of the ballpark! And Marci and Sheny are just as great as he is. Going for a visit there takes me back to the old times when dentistry was not about revolving chair dentistry but in doing all to make my teeth and gums be the best they can be. I will admit, I was nervous going there the first time, but never since then. They always explain what they are doing, give me all options available but never tell me which to choose. And did I mention their gentle touch! I am being completely honest in writing that this dental office will be the one for me for the rest of my life. And my smile, it hasn't looked this good in ages. I smile all the time with confidence. Friends have even mentioned that I look so much younger! With Dr Smith & his team's guidance and support I have learned better maintenance for my teeth and gums without it feeling like a chore! I am very grateful for the service they provide to me and highly recommend them. Especially if you are like me and nervous about going to the dentist. This office will change all that!
