I am surprised by the other reviews. I have had a great experience here. And I too had to shop around before arriving here as I have had poor experiences elsewhere. The front desk is professional and takes the time to explain everything. I had many questions and they never made me feel rushed. They were patient with my children and when my daughter fell and fractured her tooth they took me in right away and treated her so well, better than a pediatric dentist. They held her hand, gave her stickers and constantly waived to her and made her feel welcome. Her referral thereafter to the pediatric dentist went okay but considering they work with kids the office there was barely attentive, nor did they hold her hand or interact with her. Pavillion dental has treated four out of 5 family members and have been great to deal with.

I would not recommend this dental place. They are just there if you end up spending out of your pocket and do not want to do anything that is per insurance. I went there requested for annual check up and cleaning but they wanted to do additional germ cleaning which was not quite needed or accepted by the insurance so I declined and requested basic cleaning appt and they never scheduled it nor reached out to me again. Fun part is that they want to see me for my appointment, which i have requested to cancel and still keep sending me emails. Horrible place, and I am definitely not going back.

If you want to comment saying, call you? Rather, you already have me in your DB. Why can't the Pavillions team take the lead and call?

It was my third visit and it has been a very good experience for me and that is not a very easy compliment for me as like many people going to the dentist is not something I wake up wanting to do everyday. My dentist, Dr. Jessica Nguyen replace a cap for me as well as performing my initial exam. Very thorough and does very good work. My hygienist is Esmerelda Aguilar and She performed my extra deep cleaning today and very thorough and did a great job considering my teeth are no straight at all. I am very happy with the receptionists as well. They are cheerful informative and do their jobs well. So far Pavillions Dental Group gets an A+ from me.

Had a to leave a current Dentist because they were no longer in network with my insurance, So I came here to Pavilions Dental Group. Were do I get started. Front desk will pester you constantly even after you confirm an appointment a few days in advance (got nearly 8 calls in 4 days after confirming), the hygienist (at least I think it was) kept me waiting in office for over an hour after an appointment began, and when done with my kids routine cleaning, nothing was said on the visit, just rushed my kid out and took off without saying a word so I had no idea if we needed to work on any areas for our brushing and flossing routine. Then the billing department. Holy smokes. They use some odd ball third party biller, that uses a masked sales dialer to call you (so they can hide their phone number) and blasted me 3 times a day for a bill that my insurance should have covered. Then I asked for a breakdown of the transaction record and got a ton of push back, but eventually got it and was charged for 12 separate x-rays on a single visit. I was unable to reach anyone in the billing department until they called me and on a recorded like told me three [3] separate prices to pay over the phone. After they realized I ask questions about my billing, they sent my bill to collections. Great work team. I hope if you are considering this group, you choose to reconsider. I have had one good experience with one Dentist here, but few and far between. GL

Dr. Young was very helpful, detailed oriented to my concerns, he answered all of my questions. He assured me my two teeth should be monitored and what steps to take if they become a problem. Dr. Vest and his staff are professional, helpful and made me feel important. Front staff Manager, Rody and staff Trung are professional, warm, friendly, very helpful and makes me feel comfortable. All staff members makes me feel comfortable.

Classic example of a garbage Roseville dentistry. Tried to make me pay thousands for deep cleaning and a crown when other dentists said I didn’t need this. Regular cleaning and 2 surface filling instead was enough. No crowns. “Dentist” vest “refused” to give me a regular cleaning because he wanted to pocket the money for the deep cleaning. He claimed I had periodontal disease which tripped me out then turned out to be false. I reported these guys to the ADA and glad I did. Not only tried to steal $ and didn’t care about me at all, they also tripped me the F out.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Vest should change his name to Dr. BEST because he's awesome. Ashley took my X-rays and was so professional and explained everything she was doing. Brittany at the front desk was so kind and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Great team and office location. The office feels clean and high-end. The other team members were fantastic as well. I mixed up the time of my appointment and showed up several hours early, and they were able to accommodate me anyways. The hygienist who did my cleaning was fast but thorough and was very considerate to make sure she wasn't causing me any pain. Over all, a wonderful dental office with a caring team!
