I had an excellent experience with Dr. Payne and his staff. From scheduling at my convenience to sorting out my two insurances to handling dry socket after my extraction, it was all perfect. Dr. Payne is caring and compassionate and his staff really go out of their way to be helpful. Its an excellent practice and I can't recommend them highly enough.

5 out of 5 stars because he really knows what he is doing and how to treat patients, I appreciate his honesty and willing to help me especially since I have no idea what I'm doing and what to do about my dental issues, after having 2 wisdom teeth on top extracted and one other molar removed because it was impacted I am having no issues afterwards. I didn't know what to expect but honestly being someone who's scared of the dentist and has avoided it for too long I must admit I will be trying to come back and have him help me sort out any other issues, I will easily recommend him to anyone and everyone

Just had my second surgical tooth extraction. I've always been terrified of Dentists, sometimes to the point where I have to calm myself down before I go in. But not with Doctor Payne. My two visits with Dr. Payne have been the smoothest experiences that I've had in a dental office in a very long time. The staff was genuinely kind and courteous. He made a point to follow up on how I was doing a couple hours after surgery, and when I didn't answer the phone, he called back again later on the same day making sure that I was ok.

They are very nice people, from start to finish. Everyone seems relaxed and like they have done this millions of times which gives you comfort from the anxiety of getting a procedure done.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled today, sorry if i get your name wrong but i believe it was Sherri. She was very nice and pleasant to deal with post surgery. Thanks again!!

Dr. Payne and his staff are excellent to work with I have been to a couple of other oral surgeons and they wound not due the work that I needed done on my teeth because of health issues after meeting with Dr Payne he and his staff are going to work with me and help me through the process of getting my teeth fixed and keeping me up to date on my treatments

HORRIBLE place. Won’t let parents back with their children. Nurses are EXTREMELY rude. Would not recommend to any parents.
