Best cleaning of my life. Didn’t waste time. I love the out of working hours appointments. Repaired on of my tooth for aesthetics at very reasonable out of pocket rate. Dentist was very knowledgeable, comprehensive and didn’t cut corners. Dr. S was great.

I love this office. I have been a client for nearly four years now. I’ve had both Jessica and Scott as my hygienist and they are both two of the best I’ve ever had in my memory. My teeth always feel so clean and smooth. Absolutely wonderful professionals and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Also, I see a lot of negative reviews here mentioning upsells and unnecessary dental work recommendations. I’ve not experienced that a single time in the many years I’ve been a patient. (And I know my own teeth aren’t the most perfect in the world.)

Pricing is ridiculous. I should have read the reviews earlier. Same as everyone else, came in for a routine cleaning and said I have a laundry list of things wrong with my teeth. Paid $900 after insurance in the course of two visits for cavities and a scale and planing. Maybe I should have read the first red flag as a sign that my dentist had dirty green Jordan’s during my first visit. Also try asking for your dental records of what they performed on you. They can’t give you anything but a list of items you paid for without the reason why you needed them in the first place. Also this is owned by Pacific Dental Services. If you find another place owned by that name, RUN.

This is a great office!
I was scheduled right away when I was in a lot of pain, and everyone was so friendly and attentive.
Dr. Gee helped me to understand the condition of my tooth and why it affected my sinuses. Kaylen also did a great job explaining my insurance coverage and payment options which I really appreciate as dentistry can be so expensive.

I recently had my first visit to PB Smiles Dentistry, and unfortunately, it was a pretty unsettling experience. Instead of offering a routine cleaning, which I expected, they sat me down, rattled off a list of everything supposedly wrong with my teeth, and immediately tried to schedule me for an expensive procedure. To make matters worse, they said that if I didn’t get the procedure done soon, I ran the risk of my teeth falling out — what?!

It felt more like a scary sales tactic than a genuine effort to address my dental health. I left feeling uneasy and pressured, rather than cared for. I would have appreciated a more honest and patient-focused approach, as well as a standard cleaning during my visit.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this office, especially if you’re looking for a dentist who prioritizes your well-being over upselling unnecessary treatments.

Went in for a routine check-up. Ended up needing a crown. I have decent dental insurance, but my insurance only covers specific materials being used for the crown inlays. PB Smiles said this procedure was medically necessary but refused to offer a type of material that would be covered by my insurance and insisted that they could only use their own custom inlays. The quote for a single crown was near $2000 when my insurance caps this cost at no more than $200. I asked them specifically if they could use a material that insurance would cover and they refused but did not give a medical reason for doing so, likely because there was none. Avoid all Smiles Group dentistry offices if you want to use insurance.

Staff is nice! I always get a new dentist/ hygienist so it’s never been consistent. I’ve been going here for a few years and there’s always something wrong with my teeth that’s going to cost a couple hundred dollars. I’m sure none of the stuff they’re recommending is bad, but it’s obviously not necessary. I just switched to a different dentist after seeing them last week and I did not need any of the treatments that they recommended. Save yourself the money & time and go somewhere else!
