Aloha! My experience with Dr. Peace Kim's office was exceptional! Starting from the front office receptionist, Janet.........whom was very kind and thorough. She had explained to me what to expect during and post dental examination! Dr. Peace Kim was very professional and ensured my dental cleaning was comfortable as possible.

I am extremely happy my VA Referral service recommended me this office. I've even went back after I requested (through the VA) they fit me for a nightguard, which came out perfect! I will continue to seek Dr. Peace Kim's office for all of my future VA community referrals!

I’ve been with Dr Kim for a few years. He is terrific dentist. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled, gentle and caring. It’s actually a pleasure to go to the dentist. In addition, I was having jaw pain issues and Dr Kim fitted me with a night guard and it worked great. I highly recommend.

Dr. Kim may come off as a quiet dentist, but his compassion for each of his patients was very apparent through his excellence in treatment and patient care. He was highly knowledgeable with each treatment plan, took time to teach and guide me as well as committed his time to make sure my concerns were heard. Also I felt he is very reasonable when it comes to deciding the best care needed for me financially. Over the years, I learned to trust him and his care for me. I've been coming to Dr Kim since 2020. My eldest who has disliked going to the dentist her whole life once said "I trust him with my life." If that isn't enough, I moved out of state and I still get my regular check ups with Dr Kim.

Dr Kim seems like a nice guy but I’d have a hard time recommending him to any family or friends.

I was referred by the VA to him to have a night guard made for grinding / TMJ issues. He took the mold impression at the first visit and a month later I get a call that it’s ready. Except it doesn’t fit.

Not only does it not fit, but I have to schedule yet another appointment to come back and get a new impression rather than being able to take a new impression while I’m there.

Another month after the second impression and Take 2 was even worse. It was an even looser fit (literally falling out if I didn’t bite down and clench) and felt more like a cheap piece of plastic than a mouth guard.

4 months and 4 appointments later there is nothing to show for it…

Either Dr. Kim doesn’t know how to properly create molds for a mouth guard or he partners with a lab who puts out poor products. Either way, I’ve lost any faith in the service / product here and will be requesting a transfer of care
