Pediatric Dental Associates Oxford

Today was my son’s first appointment it went very well, my son came in alittle fearful but one of the dental hygienist was very friendly and great with my son. She made sure to help him feel safe. She was very patient with him and made sure he felt heard. The dentist was friendly but kind of serious. She spoke really fast so it was hard for me to grasp everything she was explaining. Overall good experience.

Wonderful staff did an amazing job with my little one (2.5 years old). Kept him calm and were gentle in his treatment. Explained everything throughly so I could make an informed decision.

You need to update your patient information. You have the wrong email and phone number for a certain patient. No one has that name in my household. However I did try to have my children scheduled three times there and I never received a call back. I even completed the new patient paperwork for both children prior to calling the clinic. At this time I’m concerned about fraudulent activity being that neither of my children have been seen here. I’m receiving texts and emails about a balance and I’ve never even had a conversation with anyone at the clinic. Accept once a lovely young lady yelled, “I can’t hear you!” Before hanging up. I appreciate you taking the time to look into this situation.

LOVE this office! They have the nicest dental assistants! We have never had a single one that was even so,so! They have all been so sweet to my kids! Even today when we were late they still managed to fit all three of my kids in and didn’t even complain or act annoyed, which I would’ve gladly taken another appointment and understood bc it’s extremely difficult trying to get three kids taken care of in a short amount of time! Can’t say enough good things about this office!

I have multiple children and I am the type of parent who still accompanies her children and prefer not to send them anywhere alone, so it gives me major anxiety when the children are all with different people in different areas. I like to listen in on the interactions of the staff with the children as we have had some times where the interactions were not the warmest. Overall clean environment, they get you in and out and the new dentist was a very sweet and welcoming man

My daughter has been going to this office since 2022 and we love it. She builds more confidence each time we go. Every one is so nice and they talk her through each step. I sit back and watch her at 6 be independent. I recommend them 1,000%.

Pediatric Dental Associates really impressed us. My son had to have two teeth pulled. They comforted him and walked him through the whole process. When he got finished he said, "it wasn't even bad." They did a wonderful job!

I love the nurses and doctor. They are a great team, and my 2year old always looks forward to his appointments
