Excellent experience! The waiting room was calm with a few toys for our toddler to play with. She LOVED the fish tank and that there was room to run around. The staff was so kind, comforting and gentle with our girl for her first visit. It was also quick and painless while they explained what we could expect and how to make the process as easy for our kiddo as possible. While our kid was going to cry anyway (she didn’t like being confined), they made it so the dental check was over-with so fast. We will be back in 6 months for her next appointment!

Amazing experience! Our daughter Ella just had her first dental appointment and it was such a pleasant time. Soon as we arrived everyone was so kind. The office is very clean and comfortable. Our daughter usually puts up a fight when we want to clean her teeth so I was already convinced she would do the same at her appt. My husband and I were surprised to see how easily Dr. Gloria and Dental Assistant Candice cleaned Ella’s teeth. They were so sweet and patient with our girl. Thank you very much!!!

Dr Cortez and his staff are fully invested on each child, they gave my kid all their loving undivided attention and have all equipment on hand to do all diagnostics fast and easy.

Our first time here after having a bad experience at a different office. We absolutely love our new Dentist office and Dr. Cortez! The fact that they truly understand how toddlers are and how to make them feel comfortable is amazing. They had a toy room and we were able to bring that into the chair so my son can be happy. The anesthesiologist, in particular, took the time to patiently explain the sedation process for our daughter’s procedures, which brought us great comfort during a potentially stressful time. We are deeply grateful for the attentive and caring approach that everyone involved in our child's care has shown.

We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cortez and his staff to any parents who have a child with special needs or to any child who might feel anxious about visiting the dentist. This office truly goes above and beyond to ensure that both children and parents feel comfortable.

My Son was trying to pry the door open after we left to go back in and play at the dentist office. They have a wonderful staff, and they explained everything to my 3 year old son before doing it, keeping a very light and calm environment. And giving him options so he felt in charge.
