Dr. Voss and his entire team are absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and professional. Today was our very first visit, and it was to have my daughter’s tooth fixed. We were originally nervous, but the staff made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the exam room was modern and well-equipped.

Dr. Voss himself was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything to my daughter and making sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was also very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Dr. Voss and his entire team are absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and professional. Today was our very first visit, and it was to have my daughter’s tooth fixed. We were originally scheduled for May, but when her tooth started getting worse, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, squeezing us in just two days after we called. The front desk staff was especially wonderful—so helpful and compassionate. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic dentist and staff. They are entirely catered to children. It's no surprise that toddlers hate everything to do with a dental exam, my child was no different. He screamed thrashed and cried the entire time and the staff and doctor knew exactly how to work with him. Can't recommend them enough. Now if only there was a good pediatric eye doctor nearby we'd be all set.

Dr Voss and his staff were extremely welcoming and informative. We’ve been working diligently trying to get our daughter’s lip and tongue tie addressed. With little to no help or concern from her pediatrician we decided to turn to dr Voss. He got us in very quickly, performed the procedure same day and gave us the necessary resources for her care moving forward. Couldn’t recommend the place more. Go Bucks!

Dr. Voss and staff are friendly and welcoming. They have always made my children feel safe and comfortable. When I had concerns about upcoming dental procedures, Dr. Voss spent extra time explaining the procedure and walking me through why it was recommended. My children have enjoyed going to the Dentist since day one!

We took our infant daughter here to have a frenectomy. My wife was instructed to breast feed her immediately after the procedure. The room they sent us to was wide open, so she asked me to stand in front of her for privacy. The tall lady with short white hair started chewing me out about standing over my wife "making her nervous."
She obviously has a problem with men treating dads like sperm donors the way she does.
Dr. Voss was excellent. As for his staff... they didn't exactly make us feel comfortable.

All 3 of my kids have been patients since 2013. Dr. Voss has treated their lip and tongue ties and a few cavities! He always tells you what to expect developmentally and what you can do. His staff is amazing!

Make sure you get quotes before getting any work done! My daughter’s adult teeth came in, and some enamel was missing and they were discolored. We had Dr. Voss put a filling substance on them, and the first attempt was horrible. They were so yellow and thick, they looked like fake big teeth. We called to have it redone, and they’re still too yellow, but thinner this time. We got a bill in the mail for over $900. They charged us $450 for each appointment, even the one we did to fix the first attempt. I’m outraged. If they had coded it as a filling for a cavity, our insurance would have covered it. We’ve called to dispute, and they said they’ll waive half the fee. But that’s still $450 for a job that doesn’t look good.

Dr Voss and his team are awesome, my son is two years old and autistic and the way they worked with my son was absolutely amazing, he’s literally the best. Not only his team but a super shoutout to one of the front desk ladies her name is Kim, I believe she does billing. I call Kim at least twice a month to ask questions and other things and she’s always the nicest, answers all my question and never makes me feel like I’m bothering them. THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS LITERALLY THE BEST IN THE TOLEDO AREA!
