We were recommended by neighbors of Dr. Cynthia Yee. When I made the appointment, I specified Dr. Yee. Appointment was made that it is Dr. Yee my child is seeing. After the hygienist finished her part, to my great surprise, the doctor came to treat my child was a completely different person. No one proactively mentioned anything about the change of doctor in the whole procedure. When I feedbacked this at the check out step, no explanation was given about why the change, when the change was made, how it could be made without obtaining my consent in advance or even without informing me beforehand. I was deprived the chance to make an informed decision or reschedule. This is mishandling of due process to say the least, misrepresentation or deceit consumer to say it worse.

Dr. Yee reached out by email and the office reached out by phone calls to address the incident above the next day. They offered sincere apologies and measures to remedy (follow-up exam and cleaning). I can see they value their customers' feedback and take responsibility of what they do. I decided to revisit them in half an year and do hope businesses in this city thrive because they are serious and professional about what they do.

The staff is super friendly and they do their best to ensure my 2 1/2 year-old daughter is comfortable/has a great experience. The facility is child friendly and Dr. Yee is wonderful. Highly recommend!

My son looks forward to his appointments with Dr Nick - I don’t ever recall being this excited to see my dentist. Dr Nick is exceptional in his medical & social skills and we are so happy we found them. His clinic staff are very friendly and engaging too, we can’t recommend Pediatric Dentistry enough!

Over charge without any notice at all.

It is really surprising to see that our kid's regular visit' bill increases more than $100. Thought there might be various reasons behind it, but nobody mentioned to us about the extra work done (if any) and extra charge without even asking or notifications.

In terms of the service provided over there, it is also hard to judge whether it makes sense to charge a premium over other places.

Be very careful about the charges they make. Despite the fact that we checked and discussed the insurance coverage ahead of time with them, we were charged 100's of $ extra. Talking to Sandra, the financial coordinator who is extremely rude, didn't help resolve the issue either. Just BE CAREFUL before getting any services done.

My daughter loves Dr. Nick. She has built good dental habits, due to Dr. Nick's advice. He' very comforting and makes her feel safe for the cleaning & exam, and she comes skipping out with a motivating toy prize and the gratification that she did a good job brushing her teeth. She says "she likes seeing the dentist", imagine that!

Dr Gorgani has been our daughter’s dentist since she was 2 years old. She’s now almost 18 & not ready to graduate from his practice! He is knowledgeable, detail oriented, proactive, always professional, and an extremely caring person! We’re grateful for all his care!
