Pediatric Dentistry of Los Altos is fantastic! The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and they always find a way to fit us in, even with our crazy schedules. My kid loves the play area – it keeps him happily entertained while we wait. Highly recommend!

My kids love coming to Dr. Cindy! Dr. Cindy and her team always take good care of my kids and my kids have never had any pain or issues. They have a very comfortable office with a movie and headphones for each chair to keep the kids entertained. Dr. Cindy and her team are very attentive and always explain everything that's going in with the kid's dental health.

My 2 year old daughter had her first time dental visit in Dr. Cindy's office on this Monday morning. It was a wonderful first time experience. Everything went smoothly. She normally would cry at the doctor's visit. However, this time she felt very comfortable, so no cries at all but only smiles. Natalie did an amazing job. She was so patient and nice, explained every step to us, and introduced each instrument to my daughter in the way she can understand before the cleaning. Dr. Cindy is very friendly. She warmly greeted us, examined my daughter's teeth, and gave us some good advices. The office is nicely decorated and organized. My daughter has a smile on her first visit picture and brought two toys back home. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit and look forward to going back.

Dr. Cindy Yee and her colleagues have a fantastic practice with a thoroughly professional, respectful, calm, fun and upbeat atmosphere that make it a place my 8 and 10 year old kids enjoy coming to even though it's to receive dental work. The office has had a seamless transition since legendary Dr Kelly retired, and the entire staff are engaging and welcoming. After 5+ years I have only wonderful things to say about Pediatric Dentistry of Los Altos. It's so relieving that a trip to the dentist isn't arduous for me and my kids. The professional advice regarding dental work plans, timing and costs etc is also handled very well.

My kids needed fillings and extractions for orthodontics, all done with skill and comfort by Dr. Cindy. Both kids never complained during the procedures, and the fillings were beautifully done. They said the extractions didn't even hurt. Even I'm not that brave in the dental office. That tells me what a competent and experienced dentist Dr. Cindy is, and her staff are grade A too. I'm going to send my future grandchildren here too.

My kids always have the best dental visits with Dr. Cindy and her fantastic crew. They take the time to answer all of my questions, and they make my kids feel super comfortable. Our children have had fillings done here, and the procedures are so smooth. They're not scared about the numbing part and the office team always shows me the fillings when they're all done. I have to say, the before and after views of the teeth are incredible. The fillings are beautiful. Can't even tell that they're on the teeth.

The front staff are also friendly and professional. They get us in and out efficiently. We can't ask for a better pediatric dental office. I'd definitely recommend my friends and family to Dr. Cindy's super fun and comfortable office!

Absolutely awesome dentist!! My 7yr old has been taken care of here for years now. His 5 year old sister also. All the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Both kids are enthusiastic to come here and are never nervous or upset.

We've had most of the usual procedures done. Xrays, cleaning, cavity filling even a couple of extractions. It is always a pleasure to sit and watch the rapport of the staff with the kids. I am completely confident whenever my kids are here.

The location is good, facility is clean, pleasant and uplifting. There is upbeat music and a fun atmosphere in the main rooms. The equipment is modern and the overhead movies and wireless headphones are a great touch also!

The quality of the procedures and work is outstanding. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Yee and her staff. I wish my own dentist was as good as they are here !!

The 5 stars is SO well-earned. While we did have to wait about 20 minutes past our appointment time, once we got to the back we realized why. They are so patient with their little clientele - they don't rush the kids through and they treat each person with respect. I fully expected my 2 year old and 4 year old to wail through the appointment, but the dental hygienists were super patient, very kid-friendly and professional. My kids both sat through a full cleaning!! This is fully due to the hygienists and their kid-friendly system (which they have down to a science).

Dr. Yee is excellent! She has the same super friendly, open and professional attitude as the rest of her staff. Just really nice and also very supportive of including the parents in the treatment plan. I love that she gave us some options. As a parent, she also passed the "gut check". We are happy to entrust the care of our kids' dental health to Dr. Yee and her wonderful staff.

Probably the best pediatric dentist in the world! Our six year old boys LOVED their dental experience! The nurses are super friendly and patient, explained every tool and it's usages to the boys. Dr Cindy is very gentle and looks after the kids. We had an amazing experience here and would like to recommend to everyone.
