I recently had the pleasure of visiting Peninsula Dental Implant Center, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. I have been going to Peninsula dental implant center in Redwood City for four years. In 2021 They did five implants in one visit. The procedure was painless and I am very happy with the outcome of the new teeth. Today I got two more implants done. I am very happy with the dental implant services that Dr. Shivani Gupta and her excellent staff provided me. I came with pain and I now do not have pain so I absolutely recommend their service to anybody.

I was fortunate to have found the best possible alternative oral surgeon on the San Mateo Peninsula, closer to home, than the one I had originally contracted with in the Sacramento region. The key is that Dr. Gupta, Andy and their entire team are wonderfully professional, and they are all very open to listening and answering fairly technical questions. They also accommodated a request to modify a temporary bridge that was causing me difficulties in my speech. The receptionists were extremely warm and helpful, and they had true testimonials that further confirmed that I had been incredibly fortunate to have sought Peninsula Dental Implant Center's services. I have been a patient since 2019 and have always been satisfied with the service. First, I want to congratulate you on the new office; it looks fantastic, and I am genuinely happy for you!

The medical care from the doctors and the team has remained positive. However, in February, I fell ill twice and was unable to attend my appointments. During this time, I received calls from the receptionist to confirm my absence, which left me feeling somewhat confused by the negative tone of the interactions, a stark contrast to my previous experiences.

Today, at my appointment, I noticed a new receptionist. As the owner of a language academy, I understand the importance of excellent customer service. A receptionist should prioritize exceptional customer care and kindness. Unfortunately, her demeanor was very arrogant. While I recognize that everyone can have a tough day, I strive to remain friendly even on challenging days; kindness is essential in this world, and she did not demonstrate that.

I do not wish to be greeted in such a manner again. Afterward, I addressed my concerns with my doctor, and the receptionist apologized after that. However, her apology felt insincere; I would have preferred no apology over a superficial one. When I attempted to engage in conversation, she interrupted me and continued on her topic without acknowledging my concerns. When customers express their thoughts, it is vital to listen fully and respond empathetically, such as assuring them that their experience will be improved moving forward.

Despite this incident, I intend to continue visiting my favorite dental office and hope it does not recur. I am an emotional person, and experiences like this significantly affect me.

Perfect place for dental implants. The doctor is a professional 120%. No hassles, great office staff and 1:1 service. I am truly nervous with dental situations in general, and I was not nervous or scared here one bit. Minimal pain for a huge procedure. Recovery was fast and they called to check on me during my recovery. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. Much better than other dental implant centers I researched. They do care about the patients here more than anywhere else.Other centers just wanted the business and did not care about the person and what their expectations were for implants. Not only the entire process was performed completely painless, but also the result is way better than my expectation. It is been over a year, the implant and new teeth have been working flawlessly. In 2020 I got teeth extracted and implants placed in El Salvador. My surgery was fine but the bridge they gave me broke 3 times and I had to fly back to Al Salvador 3 times. Then I found the Doctor Shivani Gupta from peninsula dental plant center in Redwood City. she ordered the right parts and took a new impression and then gave me the new implant bridge. I have no problem with this bridge for the last 5 years and now I'm getting few more imprints from her so overall I'm very happy with her services.😀

They gave me implant supported bridge. And now I can eat bite and enjiy my deli sandwich, peanuts or any other food I want. Before I was very conscious of my smile. Now I can smile confidently. I am very happy with the dental implants and new teeth. I got. I get compliments from my friends and family. So I'm very happy and I recommend peninsula dental to anybody who wants to get new teeth. Surgery was OK not much painful. And healing was fine. The office has very good customer service and they are very helpful.
