What a wonderful place. Beautiful decor with a calm atmosphere and clean, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr James was so gracious and thoroughly discussed the particular aspects of my special- needs daughter's case with me. He listened to all my concerns and questions. I did not feel rushed or talked down to. I was happy to have his input on our complicated situation. I would recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation. We've had a great experience with Dr James. He is knowledgeable, has the best interest for the patient (who happened to be a 10 year old in our case). He and his team follows up, always is conscious of how the treatment/changes will affect a kid. I would highly recommend Dr James for your ortho needs. Staff & Dr are very professional, always see us on time. We drive 40-minutes to go see the doctor as we found it was well worth it!

By far the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. Dr. James and all the assistants are great! Cannot express enough how great the staff at this office is. Veronica was the first to attend me and I was a little nervous but she was very detailed with what she was doing and what everything did. I had my braces for 18 months, I paid out of pocked and I am very happy with my results. They have a very easy payment plan and I had no issues during my treatment. Will definitely be recommending this office to everyone around me. Very smooth and easy process. No complaints 🙂

Very nice establishment. Clean lobby and quick check in. They make sure the parent and child are comfortable. The employees are all incredible and compassionate. Very understanding and sweet. We've had one appointment but I'm proud to say Ive found my granddaughters new orthodontist.

I am very happy with everyone’s customer service from the receptionist to Dr. James! They explained my son’s treatment and the cost was broken down simple and easy for me to understand. I loved how Dr. James tried to take the time to connect with my son. He made him feel comfortable before he examen him to determine his treatment.
