My partner had significant work done to help her TMJ at Dr Frey's office. Hers was a lengthy project involving many steps. Dr. Frey is the best at what he does. He is meticulous about his skill, and truly cares about doing an impeccable job, which he absolutely accomplished. And he does so all the while with a lighthearted sense of humor that both my partner and i have appreciated. While Dr. Frey might be the talent with the tools, it is his business manager extraordinaire, Annie, who runs the whole ship. She is an impressive blend of sharp intellect, thorough attention to detail, and genuinely pleasant interpersonal skills that made us both feel so taken care of. We felt like VIP and that we were in utterly capable hands. Any concerns we ever had, she held our hands the whole time and showed us that she cared about our happiness. I just had my two front veneers replaced by Dr. Frey, and everyone at Perfect White Smile was amazing. The first set of veneers came in wrong (manufacturer error -- not their fault), so they had to order new ones. I was really grateful that my dentist and his staff weren't willing to settle. Extra kudos to Annie, who was honestly phenomenal. She went back and forth multiple times with the manufacturer to make sure my second set were done correctly. She also helped me a lot with my insurance. Dr. Frey did a fantastic job with the second set, and now my front teeth look PERFECT. Thanks again to everyone there!
