Perry’s got me in the same day after a cancellation. The front staff were great and communicated quickly on my insurance. The tech who took care of me was just amazing taking care of me during my procedure. The Dr. who did my root canal was totally professional and took great care of me as well. Would highly recommend

My crown fell out and I was referred to Dr. Perry. When she started working on my tooth, I can sense right away that she had the competence and expertise imperative to do the job. It was quick, pain free, and I really like what she did. Her assistance/ staff was helpful and warm. The rest of staff also helped me with my concern from the very beginning. I was not comfortable that there was an added unpaid balance even though I thought I fully paid the job, but overall, the fee is still reasonable and the job was well-done. To avoid this unpleasant surprise, it is important to get the overall charges net of insurance before committing to use their services per advise also of my insurance representative. Take your time so that you can make an informed decision.

I had a wonderful experience getting a root canal at Perry Endodontics! Dr Perry is excellent. She is very skilled, professional, and kind. I was comfortable and pain-free during the procedure. While I have had a favorable experience with Dr. Perry, I cannot say that about the office staff. After my last visit, I submitted a claim to my insurance carrier. Unfortunately, instead of reimbursing me directly, the sent the check to Dr. Perry's office. My initial contact advised me that the person who does the insurance claims was out and would process the credit upon her return the following week. At the end of that period I called again as there was no refund. I was advised that credits/refunds were done once per month but couldn't tell me when that would be. I asked to talk to the office manager and was told that I would just be told the same thing. I wonder if they will pay me interest on my money that they are UNETHICALLY holding. Just leave it to the office staff to run off a repeat customer. Good Bye

I was lucky that someone else canceled, and I got in so fast. They were very professional. They explained everything very well and everything matched what they told me in the beginning. So all in all, great experience.

One word of caution though. If you’re going to get the happy gas, make sure you’ve eaten first. That’s not unique to this particular location. That’s just in general.

I felt very cared for during the entire process. I enjoyed the thoughtful touches of providing soothing items to make me feel more at ease. The procedure was explained and my concerns were heard and addressed and then when I felt comfortable the team performed the procedure quick and painless! I hope I don’t have a reason to go back but if I did I’d use Dr. Perry again without hesitation
