I’ve been coming to this dental office for the past six years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received! The entire team is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable like I’m a part of the family! Recently, I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Salo, and the experience was amazing. The procedure was smooth, and the healing process couldn’t have gone better. I had minimal discomfort and felt well taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Find another dentist.

Just trying to make an appointment reeks of incompetence.

I called today to reschedule my appointment and was told that I wasn't scheduled.

Then the woman on the other line went into a long rant about how they don't schedule an appointment for you even if you're due to come in.

I literally had to say "Listen, listen, listen..." over and over again just so she would stop.

I told her that I had called to make an appointment months ago and was told that there wouldn't be any openings until the following month. Fine.

But now I call and I was never even booked?

So I scheduled another appointment and was again told nothing would be available until the following month.

This time I asked for some form of confirmation and got a text.

Also, the last time I called to make an appointment, I was put on hold for a really long time, like half an hour. I ended up hanging up and calling back and begged not to be put on hold again.

The woman on the other line said she wouldn't, and while I didn't have to listen to the music, I did still have to wait.

Even the first time I came here there was something fishy going on.

I came in because I had a cavity.

They did x-rays, but somehow it didn't show up in the scans and they asked why I thought I had one. I showed them the black dot on the side of my tooth.

After drilling into it, the dentist said "It's a good thing you caught it. If it had gone on for any longer, I would have had to do a root canal."

So it went from my being asked why I even thought I had a cavity to "Oh, good thing you caught it. It would've been really bad."

As nice, clean, and modern as the place is, I'm looking for a new dentist. I don't like the way I was spoken to and I question their ability to catch problems early.

So I repeat, find another dentist. I sure am.

I have been coming here for over 4 years now. The staff is super friendly and always makes sure to provide the best customer service possible. The office is always clean and tidy. The hygienists make sure to maintain my oral hygiene. I only see Dr. Nelson after getting my x-rays done, and he always does an amazing good checking my teeth to make ensure I have no issues.

I have been looking for a dental office for the past few months, my past dentist retired and was looking for a good match that was local in West Hollywood. Really fantastic dental office the hygienist was super nice and gentle. It's been a little bit since I've been to the dentist and the anxiety was high but I had a really good experience at this dental office.

I was able to get an appointment early in the morning, they have parking in the building and it was a easy in and out which made going to work after the dental appointment much easier then expected.

Good endodontist; terrible office and billing process. I was nervous about my first root canal and after much research I found Dr. Susan Besser was in-network (Aetna DHMO) to do the procedure. Dr. Besser is fantastic! A true professional. She did the procedure and I could not be happier with her work and bedside manner. That's where the good part ends. This dental office is a greedy money making machine that overcharged me for the work and did NOT call my insurance at all to verify pricing. I decided to call Aetna myself and was surprised to hear the true cost should have been in the hundreds, not the THOUSANDS that the dentist charged. Aetna had to file a complaint against the dental office and force them to issue a refund to me. The back and forth phone calls I had to make with Erica in their office took all of 3 months before all the refund was finally processed. With all the talk about health insurance today, I was surprised that in this case Aetna Dental actually was my advocate and helped fight with the Dental office. So I was refunded over $1,600 by Personal Dental office but never once issued an apology. If I had said nothing, they would have done nothing. So visit Personal Greed Dental Office with caution and verify pricing before getting work done. I will NEVER go back (not to mention they also charge crazy prices for parking each visit).

I had a fantastic experience at Personal Dental Office. The dental office was clean, the staff was friendly, and I felt great walking out - plus my smile!

I highly recommend visiting them for your dental needs. I will be making the dental team there part of my regular check ups. And to top it off Dr. Salo was absolutely knowledgeable and I have full confidence to help me and my family.

After being recommended by my coworker, I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! This office was very accommodating in terms of scheduling and since I work nearby, it was really convenient for me to book an appointment with them. The front staff was very welcoming, helpful, and the office itself was modern and clean.

Usually, I avoid going to the dentist because it can be painful and uncomfortable, but  this cleaning was done with exceptional care and gentleness. The dentist was attentive to my concerns and shared some tips for maintaining my oral hygiene.

Overall, I highly recommend Personal Dental to anyone seeking a pleasant, quality dental experience. I will definitely be returning!

I previously had a horrible experience with another “dental” office. The staff here was more than amazing and Dr. Nelson was as well. He explained everything he was doing and what things meant. I didn’t feel nervous at all, and I am usually very anxious at the dentist. This was such a calm and easy experience and even though I had no work to be done, I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you everyone!!!
