I had a terrible experience here. They didn’t do anything beyond just looking at my teeth, yet somehow concluded I needed five extractions. When they presented my care plan, they made an incredibly unprofessional comment, asking why my parents didn’t address this when I was a kid. I was shocked and responded, “Because I was poor—that’s why I’m fixing it now.” It’s unbelievable that a professional would ask something so insensitive, especially based on such a limited examination.

Excellent place for exceptional orthodontic care! Dr. Richard Pfeffer was my orthodontist as a child, then my son needed braces so I took him to this office. My son primarily saw Dr. Paige Pfeffer throughout his course of braces treatment, and was amazing! I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr Rick Pfeffer and his associate and daughter, Dr. Paige Pfeffer are the premier orthodontists in this area. Their staff is friendly and the office is well managed. Most importantly, the dentists are well trained and highly competent. They listen to their patients and are responsive to their needs. I would strongly recommend this superior group of orthodontists. 5 stars for the Doctors Pfeffer!

So, I went to Dr. Pfeffer (senior) for braces when I was 12 years old. I got them and my teeth turned out very nice and straight a couple years later. However, Doctor had wanted to remove 2 teeth before applying my braces because I had crowding. My mother refused to let me have teeth removed. As the years went on my teeth moved. I went back to Dr. Pfeffer (senior) and Dr. Pfeffer (junior - Paige) at age 23. Senior was very clear with me that this would be a process where I had to get teeth removed, but he encouraged me that it would be worth it. As I went for my appointments the past 2 years, they have always been so KIND and FLEXIBLE. They're very welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Pfeffer (junior - Paige) is very gentle, which was nice because my teeth are sensitive. As, the hygienists are gentle as well. My teeth turned our beautifully!!! They are awesome! - A. Ollinger

i got my palatal expander and braces here when i was in 6th and 7th grade, the staff was ALWAYS so sweet and sometimes we’d joke around. I loved Dr.Pfeffer (senior) so much! he always was so sweet to me. I got my braces off in 25 months despite breaking the very back bracket a few times and forgetting bands. I need to get braces again (lost my retainer in a hospital☹️) and i don’t want to go to anyone else but them. they do great work and don’t overcharge you at all! they want you in and out as fast as possible, and want to see you happy with your smile.

Worst ever! They fix your teeth, but if anything goes wrong (and is their fault), they will charge you. Get braces anywhere else.
