Great dentists but with an appointment for surgery they made my family, kid (that’s not allowed to eat for a day), and I wait an hour and a half after our scheduled surgery time, same with appointments

The best dentists I've ever been to in my 60 years of life. Caring, gentil, professional. I've had cleanings, cavities filled and crowns done at the Pinetop clinic. My wife got dentures at the Snowflake clinic. Even the girls at the front desk are awesome

I received a text message a week before and again the day before with a reminder of the appointment and of what and when my son could have beforehand. Dr. Birtcher was awesome. He answered all the questions I had prior. My son got all the dental work done he needed today at the Pinetop location. The anesthesiologist (Dr. Spencer Wilde) was very thorough at explaining what was going to happen and when. He talked really fast but I think it's just because he's used to saying the same information over and over and over again before and after every anesthesia appointment that it's just memorized statements by now. For the first time ever as a parent I was allowed to accompany my son until he was fully under anesthesia before getting dental work which was beyond comforting as a mother. That alone will keep me with this dentist for life or as long as we live here. ❤️ I think from now on just based on my kid always needing to go under for dental work every time I'd rather drive to the Pinetop Family Dental location for every appointment with Dr. Birtcher. I don't want to go through the Snowflake office staff ever again. They won't schedule a visit for dental work if anesthesia is needed because Elaine verifies coverage and schedules it but Elaine doesn't work at the Snowflake office, She works at the Pinetop location. There seems to be a significant break in communication between the Snowflake staff and Elaine. The Pinetop location runs very efficiently, just start here if you ever need anesthesia.
