I absolutely love Pinnacle Orthodontics!!! When you walk in they know who we are and check you in quickly. The techs are wonderful and kind. The Doctor is amazing! The place is always clean and safe. I never have any issues. I would highly recommend this wonderful office if your child/ren need braces. And extremely affordable!!!! They have the best payment plan I’ve ever seen and I did my shopping around.

She has been the dr who put on braces of 2 of my children and she is wonderful. I highly recommend her and her practice. Everyone is super kind and patient. From the moment you make an appointment to the fitting of the retainers-everyone is professional.

This is such a great place. Dr. Signorino is the best, very friendly and informative. She has such a great repor with her clients. The staff is friendly as well. My son was diagnosed with high functioning autism and Dr. Signorino is great with him. He was really scared and his anxiety was way up in his first procedure visit, she didn't force him into doing anything. We made another appointment so he would have anxiety meds on board. He hasn't had to have meds since. I can not say enough good things about Dr Signorino and her staff. The building is always clean and you will always feel welcome!
