Plaza Dental offers excellent front desk service. Their appointment reminders are great and timely. Dr. Ramazani is a great dentist in diagnosing dental issues and she takes a very proactive approach to her treatments. She uses a lot of preventive techniques to keep your teeth healthy at all times. Thank you Plaza dental staff for providing an excellent service!

Plaza Dental took me on short notice, and checked insurance on the phone in advance. It was a high tech experience, very cutting edge. I was impressed. Delta dental covered 80% of the cost. We scheduled a half hour prophylactic cleaning, but Plaza Dental found some problems, and I spent three hours working with no less than four professionals. I paid all of $260. I believe the USC faculty dental practice is about to become a thing of the past for me. They were short handed and could not help me when I needed them.

The space itself is fabulous and the location is convenient. I'd say the service is also top notch. I felt the whole treatment team knew what they were doing. I originally reached out to Plaza Dental to schedule a cleaning. I had just been to a dentist in Chicago about six months prior where I had some imaging done. Plaza said they needed to do their own imaging and that it would be covered 100% by my insurance. I later found out that by covered they meant it would be out of my annual max payout. It would have been nice for them to clarify that prior. They provided a treatment plan that included a lot of work. I was surprised considering I'd just been to the dentist and had work done then. I showed the proposed treatment plan and imaging to a good friend of mine that is a dentist and she said it didn't make sense. They recommended treating one tooth but not another that had the same presentation in the x-ray. She referred to it as "plug and chug dentistry". I then took the treatment plan to another office who quoted me at about half the cost. Needless to say I've lost trust in this place.

TL;DR - Beautiful office and great service but not a fan of the car dealership / mechanic sales vibe. Get a second opinion before committing to pay them and ask clarifying questions when it comes to billing.

Edit: I just left my visit with another provider and got another set of x-rays. This provider agreed with my friend and is not doing any of the work proposed in the treatment planning from this dental office.

I visited for a deep cleaning and some minor fillings. My experience with the hygienist Zara was great. She's friendly and efficient in her work. The front desk staff is very helpful also, they even recommended new products available like an ortho mouth guard for me to consider. It's nice to know all my options. The office is so bright and clean as well. The Dr's are very friendly and personable!

Been a patient for over 15 years and was disappointed when they moved. However after visiting their new location I realized that the only thing that changed was location. Same friendly staff as always. My visits have always been pleasant, except for the drill lol…I would totally recommend this business. The staff is professional and the office is always so clean. I’ve been going to plaza dental for many years now. The reason I keep going back is because they offer top of the line service, the staff is always very pleasant, professional and friendly, their work is high quality, I always feel as if I’m in good hands and feel well taken care of there. The entire staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist and doctor I highly regard and would definitely recommend friends and family.

Compared to other dental offices I’ve been to, Plaza Dental doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need, their office is very clean and modern and not run down… you get the vibe that they’re in this business for your well being above all else.
