Did not have a good experience at this place. When I walked into exam room the instruments were already laying on the tray. They looked dirty. Plus other dental offices they don’t open those items until you are in the room in front of them. I asked to have them open a different set and they proceeded to tell that that’s how they do things in this office. They did get a new set but they were not too happy. I regret not walking away right then and there. I felt there was a bit of hostility afterwards and I do regret getting work done which was 2 fillings that was it. I will never be returning to this dental place.

This was the best experience with a dentist office I’ve had in a long time. Easy to find. Friendly and organized staff. No waiting way past my appointment time. Clean and modern office. The biggest thing for me is I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me on services I don’t truly need like I’ve experienced at multiple other dental offices. When they did recommend one procedure they were prepared to show me exactly what it would cost and how long it would take and took care of it quickly while I was there. I absolutely recommend checking this place out for your oral health needs.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Pleasant Grove Dental! I have some retainers that I needed to replace so I went in on an ortho visit. I was helped by Tia Troutman who did an AMAZING job at scanning my teeth. She made a potentially uncomfortable process very easy, speedy, and calm. I appreciate the level service and am very happy with the way in which I was treated by Tia, specially. If you have any ortho related needs or concerns, I highly recommend Pleasant Grove Dental!

My appointment on January 2nd was not a good experience for me. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes in the waiting room. The hygienist did not greet or have friendly conversation with me and forgot to floss. Also, she polished my teeth before getting them cleaned by the dentist, which should be the last step. The dentist was rushed and sprayed water all over my face while cleaning my teeth. I had to ask for a tissue to wipe up the excess water. I left feeling like I was not an important patient; that the staff forgot about me then when they realized I was there rushed through my appointment.

It was a very unpleasant experience for me. I was looking for a dental facility that could make a crown in one visit. I found this office through the list of dental facilities provided by my insurer. I called them to find out how much it would cost to make a crown with my insurance coverage. I provided my insurance information, but they refused to give me a price. They pushed me to come for an appointment. It was the next day; when I arrived, it appeared the network and I had already been at one of the network's offices some time ago, and they had my exam result, but despite this, they pushed me to see the doctor at no additional cost. After all, they gave me the price with over one thousand dollars in copay, which is insane. I left the Pleasant Dental Group office and called another dental facility right in the parking lot. Another office was far away, some 45-minute drive from home, but it was worth it. They provided all the information I requested by phone and quoted my copay at approximately $300 for the same ceramic crown. I made an appointment with this another office, made a deal, finally paid just $278, and forgot about this Pleasant Grove Dental Group.
In about three months, I received a paycheck in my name from my dental insurance company. I shrugged my shoulders and deposited the check into my bank account. A few days after that, I started getting multiple notifications daily through emails, SMS, and phone calls that I had a due on my account in the Pleasant Grove Dental Group office. I called them, and the first question they asked was whether I had received the paycheck from my insurer in my name. They told me that his doctor, Omar Yaacoobi, was being evaluated for his credentials by the insurance company during my visit to him, and now his evaluation has been completed. Still, the paycheck I received is issued at the cost of his work, and I have to pay this sum to the Pleasant Grove Dental Group. I realized what was meant was "at no cost for me."
On the other hand, it's about unfair business. Imagine you came to Home Depot to find out the price of a dishwasher and decided not to buy it there but at Costco. But Home Depot wants to make money anyway and charges you a fee for visiting the store. That's what exactly happened.
I paid Pleasant Grove Dental Group's demand. They provided me with a letter that says my account balance with them is $0. Surprisingly, I continue receiving robocalls with notifications that I still have due on my account in the Pleasant Grove Dental Group office.
So, I DO NOT recommend working with Pleasant Dental Groupe under any circumstance because their price is high; they are "stealing" from your insurance available balance, saying that it's free for you. After all, making phone calls, making pointless dental office visits, and writing feedback to help others avoid getting into the same situation wastes time.

For someone that has extreme anxiety, I had a Great experience with my dentist (Ghazaleh Arabkheradmand, DDS & her RDA Anju) to be honest everyone was great from the front office to the back. They all work together in a professional, Happy, caring matter. I appreciate my dentist for her honesty, patience, understanding & caring professionalism. I'm glad I have her as my new dentist now. I will continue to follow her wherever she goes. Specially coming from an office that I was very unhappy with Rocklin Modern Dentistry.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. I was highly impressed. I saw Dr. Patel and he was thorough and gentle. Sidney and Cindy at the front desk were very efficient and friendly. Jorge and Anju helped the Dr and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this office and will be using them as my primary Dental Office. The office has been updated and is beautiful.

I would like to thank Dr. Ghazaleh for taking good care of me. I had an emergency tooth extraction due to pain and infection. Honestly, at first, I was very nervous about the procedure; therefore, I kept delaying it. However, Dr. Ghazaleh was very kind and knowledgeable while explaining the importance of doing it now. I would recommend her to everyone!
