This was our first visit to Popat Orthodontics and Madison Pediatrics and I am throughly impressed. When we arrived, the front office staff welcomed us warmly and Dr. Popat personally came out and introduced himself.
The dental hygienist and Dr. Ferrie were amazing with my toddler. They explained things to her using kid friendly language and made the cleaning experience enjoyable. My toddler normally cries when she goes to the dentist, and this was the first time she had no tears. When we left, she even asked when she could go back to the dentist.

So grateful to find a pediatric dental office that truly puts children first. We will definitely be back.

We had our FREE consultation for braces for my son today. We had one last year but we had to wait for his last baby tooth to fall out and it was hanging on. Dr. Popat’s office is so nice and everyone is very friendly. We barely had time to sit down before we were called back for our consultation. That never happens at doctor/dentist appointments. I love their 360 xray machine. It seems so high tech! Dr. Popat gave us all of the information quickly and efficiently. The provided layout of monthly payments seems affordable and obtainable for many families. It’s a scale so if you put down a bigger down payment, the monthly payments go down. We had different options for different income needs. You don’t have to decide until your first appointment. We are scheduled in two weeks. I can update our review after his braces have been put on.

We love Popat! Both of our kids have been going there since they were old enough to have exams. They have had procedures done that required injections and the staff is amazing with the kids. They do everything they can to make the experience as fun as possible so that kids have a great association with the dentist. Both kids love going for checkups! As a bonus they are super involved in the community, sponsoring a number of Madison school events. Highly recommended!

I took my two-year-old son for his very first dental appointment this morning, and I am so happy to have found Madison pediatric dentistry. Aside from the fact that it’s walking distance from my house, the office was beautifully decorated, the front desk manager was lovely, and my child felt safe and comfortable. I appreciate that they have designed the office with children in mind, they even had a cute miniature table and chairs with a big chalkboard for kids to draw and play while they wait for their appointment. we will definitely remain with them for the long run.
