If you can go somewhere else I really urge you to do so. I was getting work done here last couple years every time I went they never explained to me what was going on. anyways they told me I needed root canal got one done, then said they didn’t have room for a crown went somewhere else because they seemed annoyed about that. Went to a different dentist turns out I had all the room for a crown and even worse I never needed a root canal they don’t understand why that was their diagnosis. Also current dentist office couldn’t believe I was seeing them for 2 years and they never gave me a cleaning or even offered me one when I severely needed one. They just want your money here, they judge (dentists and front desk) GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The entire staff was excellent and the dentist was terrific. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been using posada now for the past two years for my daughter and the first visit was fantastic which is the main reason I continued to book 6 month checks ups. The last time I came, in December 2023, my daughters check up went ok, they did make us wait a while before the dentist came into the room, however this last visit from todays 6 month check up, was horrible. Not only did we book our appointment 6 months in advance but we also waited 40 mins in the lobby to be told that we will take the x-rays but have to return to the lobby and wait for a room, I noticed they took another client who signed in after we arrived. I addressed this with the manager who seemed to be unsympathetic and just replied “she didn’t need x-rays just treatment, so we put her in a room, and your daughter needed X-rays so she will need to wait for a room” I told her that wasn’t very good customer service, the right thing to do, would have been to put first come, first serve (signed in) and placed in the room, as that should have been their priority. I then told her that I wasn’t coming back after this as the customer service is horrible and felt like they didn’t care about making it right.

My family and I have been going Posada for 13 years. We have had always a positive and professional experience. They are usually very timely with their appointments, gentle, friendly, thorough, caring, and super reasonable with their prices. We don't plan on going anywhere else!

First time at Posada Dental. I guess I'm am not used to being treated so well at a Doctors/Dental office. Easy intake with the awesome receptionists and front office peeps and everyone was so nice, from the front office and receptionist to the assistants and the Doctor. They seem well organized and made me feel welcome. I am super glad I picked this place first. Sounds weird but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!

Just want to say thank you to the staff and the dentist (lady dentist) over at Posada Dental. My 8 year old son had to have a tooth pulled today and they were just super nice and made a bad experience be as comfortable and as smooth as could possibly be. Going to the dentist is never fun but it’s always nice to have friendly people. Keep up the good work !

Within 9 years my family has switched dentists twice. 2nd switch I found is posada dental. I love this dentist's office! They staff is always so happy and friendly. The Dr a are so gental. Best root cnal I ever had done. Lol 😆 they do go out of their way .
