These people are just wonderful. My husband and i have been going there for a year now. Yesterday, i went to get 2 wisdom teeth removed. Was nervous beforehand, called Jackie, who explained the procedures in a very calming way. It was amazingly easy, no pain during surgery. No pain today. Dr. Pouradib is very gentle and thorough. Assistant is very good. Great office.

After my 2 former dentists each retired successively, 5 years apart I returned to the man who treated my 3 children at Preferred Dental Care (Santa Rosa & San Rafael locations). Dr. Pouradib was, for them, ever so gentle as he was presently with me. He works efficiently and in smooth, focused harmony with his engaging aid/assistant/hygienist.

Kind, patient, and friendly atmosphere created by receptionist whose gracious phone manner and direct, professional interchange with Delta Dental reps drew me back into this cheerful setting. Painless introduction (big relief!) of nerve block and its numbing effect wore off only well following the procedure ended (90 to 120 minutes, max). I’ll definitely be back!

What a welcoming office! The receptionist was a lovely person who was very accommodating and helpful. The staff were also very friendly and answered all my questions. Last but not least, the doctor was very kind and I felt very confident that he would be fair and honest in his assessment of my needs.

I’ve been going to dr Pouradib for probably 7-8 years. Recently he changed his scheduling system and an old appt time was saved in the system. His receptionist called and yelled at me that I missed my appointment and wouldn’t listen to me that the system repeatedly confirmed an old time. So I drove there to sort it out and she yelled at me in person. I will not be going back. Not the way you treat customers
