My husband's concentrator started malfunctioning during the night and they refused to come out and replace it. They were supposed to be out at 7am to replace the machine and never showed.

If I could leave a zero, I would. Due to insurance, we are forced to use this company for my father. With advanced COPD and emphysema, it is critical to his breathing to be able to sit up. 3 weeks ago his bed broke. For 3 weeks we have been using a board to hold him up. For 3 weeks we have been trying to get either a new motor or replacement bed. For 3 weeks we have been given the run around. His caregiver went to the office yesterday to try to get some answers and the "customer service" individual was so courteous she threw something across the room. Called the helpline - no response call yet. Still waiting for "help". Totally disgusted.

Outstanding, professional company. My dr faxed cottonwood office to order walker for me. Next morning preferred home care called me to say my order ready. They delivered next morning. Amazing. Most supply companies will have you wait till they order item. Then you wait for delivery. It could take month. Not with this store of preferred home care.
Best company & best branch in cottonwood I’ve ever dealt with. I’d give them 10 stars.

I've had a great experience with Preffered. Yes their office is very busy so at times it's hard to get a hold them. Once you do they are very accommodating. On a Friday night after hours my concentrator went out. It only took them 1 hour to deliver it to my home. I live in Flagstaff and their crew is very attentive. Thank you for my health and well being.

Well I usually don't take the time to write reviews but i really had to take a minute for this company. My mom tried calling them for weeks for a pick up of our oxygen machine. They wouldn't call her back so I had to handle it for her since she went out of town. I then tried calling and sat on hold for 25 minutes. When they finaly picked up they couldn't even give me a time for a next day pick up so it was all a waste of my time. When I was on the phone she put me on hold several times and transferred me again. If the business is that busy, hire more people. We will not deal with this company again.

Absolutely appalling service. Went in Feb, got some supplies, paid what they asked, $29 and change. Mid July, got bill for another $68. When I called, they could (would not?) explain how they arrived at amount. Rep (Derek) on phone said $29 is my 20% copay. Could not (would not) explain how original amount of $99 was calculated. 20% of the $99 should be <$20. Now, they want the other $68, and could not (would not) provide any info for what the original charges were. If I knew I could potentially pay $100, I would have continued to use my old equipment. I will pay the money, and NEVER use Preferred again. I see from other comments here that you have had problems with their billing too. Glad it wasn't just me. One commenter said it isn't for them to know customer OOP costs. That is fine. However, they should know what the potential costs would be as they calculated my $29 payment. They could charge me $500 for all I know, as they cannot (would not) provide upfront costs. Scammers.

My mother got out of the hospital and needed oxygen. They said that since they didn't receive the order from the doctor before close of business 5:00 p.m. that they would not bring it out yesterday. But that's interesting because yesterday the doctor's office called me at 5:00 p.m. and told me they had already sent the referral and prescription for the oxygen machine to these people. And when asked when they would show up I was told they would show up first thing this morning at 8:30 and they still haven't showed up. Horrible customer service and mom has had to go all night without oxygen and still is short of breath. It is not like she needs to go to the emergency room but her oxygen saturation is low enough that it's affecting her and she does need the supplemental oxygen machine.

Michelle is a superstar. Helped me navigate a difficult situation. (SHE DID ALL THE WORK). In any case as someone new to this lifestyle change (hopefully short term) I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone and would have been lost without them.

I called trying to share my experience with Ederia (I think that’s how you spell her name). She was rude, showed zero sympathy and was completely unhelpful. This place is a joke. When we came here for our CPAP machines the man “helping us” didn’t wear gloves, had a dirty band-aid on his finger while touching ALL of our supplies with his bare hands…when we called and asked for new equipment this company gave us the absolute run around, have been rude, and completely unhelpful. Unfortunately, they are the only company we can use of insurance purposes. If you can use someone else, I would highly advise you to do so.
