Unscrupulous service. At first, nice. One of the dental hygienists was rough, but not all. The rest of the staff is very nice, and friendly. Charged me for a service that should have NEVER been billed. I scheduled another service, and when I arrived, they demanded that I leave my credit card to pay for the service that had they asked if I had the service prior, such as "Hey, your insurance will not cover this because you had this prior. Would you still like to have the service?" I would have said, "No." Any professional dental office would asked this question so I would not be billed for a service I did not need and only is required once every two years. Every dental office I have been to has asked me this. Unscrupulous. I can't trust you to give me accurate information, so I am NOT leaving my credit card information with you to pay for a service that was not required or needed. Greed.

Amazing office. I’ve been to so many dentist in the LA area, my husband has visited numerous ones in the AV and this is by far the best service. Never overbooked. Reasonable wait times. They Explain everything thoroughly! I’ve been bringing my son here for 2 years. I decided to schedule a visit and it was great.

Amazing! Later in life i developed dental anxiety so going in for treatment to a new dentist can be scary. I am happy I chose them as a new provider. They were quite empathetic and supportive a long the day of treatment, they made efforts to check up on me and my anxiety. To better support me they provided alternatives that helped me. I am happy with the way I feel after treatment and with the service provided. In no way shape or form did I feel they were trying to push services on me, rather felt supported with what I went in for. I think I found my new dentist.

Dr. Gaft was very professional and caring made me feel very comfortable even when he tried his hardest to save my tooth. He showed empathy and explained to me what steps will be taken to make me myself again. The staff was great, Karen was confident and diligent with her work. Amazing Experience Dr. Naguib was my dentist, Nelly his assistant created an amazing experience for me as I had a terrible experience prior at other dentist locations was nervous to be seen, they explained everything were very caring and helped make sure I felt no pain and was comfortable! Truly made me gain trust and enjoy dentist visits again very professional and caring! Would recommend! The front desk was amazing too especially Lady she helped out with making sure I had all my documents including for work! Super helpful! Thank you!
