I can’t wait for my son’s braces/treatment to be completed. It’s inconvenience after inconvenience. The front desk personnel is the worse because they are unempathetic and act as if every error they make can be cleared up with a superficial apology and a reschedule. They blamed their call center for a scheduling error that we apparently suffered for. I shouldn’t be inconvenienced for their scheduling error I should be accommodated. Just frustrated because of this and many other instances of poor customer service. I can only hope it gets better.

Really terrible to deal with. In office is decent but just hope you never run into a reason to speak with any management or corporate. Happy to come after their money, but don’t want to help you in any way, months out for visits.

Update- Had to reschedule my daughters appt and have been waiting 4 weeks to be called back with an appt time. I’ve emailed and left messages and no response.

The dental assistant who put my daughter’s spacers on did a wonderful job taking care of her. My daughter was nervous at first, but she made her feel completely comfortable.

The staff here are wonderful, very gentel when working on my daughter, polite and help answer any questions you may have. Overall an excellent place to consider if you or your children need braces. They are understanding in financial situations and help work with you if need be. I love this place.

Spent more time waiting than actually receiving any services just for a CONSULT. When we finally got called back to the consult room, the TCC was pleasant, but then we proceeded to continue to wait for the orthodontist longer than I believe is necessary.

Front office staff didn't seem to care when we left which tells me all I need to know. Would not want this "quality of care" for my child.
