I unfortunately did not have my dental card on hand. I know that dental offices have the capability to look that information up because i have worked in a dental off before, However the conversation was so frustrating. I said that is fine ill go somewhere different. Hung up and was able to find another office to take my son and more than willing to get him on their schedule, also able to verify our insurance information with a name DOB and last 4 of SSN.
